Lets end this month with a little haul post. Today I´m showing you some of the items I bought in August from Nike, Esprit & Boots. In middle on August I went shoe shopping in Tallinn. I did not find any shoes but I did come home with two items from Esprit. One of them was a black cardigan - which I just LOVE! It looks great, I can wear it with jeans or pants or skirts or dresses. The very first dry shampoo that I used was Oriflame´s and oh boy it was bad. After that I was quite hesitant to try any dry shampoos, because I seriously thought that they all are as useless and make hair look even worse than before :D Anyway some time later I saw Batiste Original Dry Shampoo on sale and so I decided to give dry shampoos one more try and I´m glad I did! My today´s review is about Baikal Herbals Facial Foam Wash. I purchased it in the end of May from my local department store, because I ran out of facial wash and needed a new one fast. I have always wanted to try Birchbox and now I can finally try it thanks to the fact that I´m living in UK until August 2015. So today I want to share with you what was in  my Birchbox UK August 2014 box. I guess almost everyone knows what Birchbox is, but for those who doesn´t: Birchbox is a monthly subscription service  which is promised to deliver high-end beauty and lifestyle samples that have been customised for me. This service costs £10+ £2.95 shipping per month. I found a great deal from LivingSocial and so I paid £30 + £8 for shipping for 6 months subscription which normally costs £50 for 6 months plus  shipping £2.95 per month. My Birchbox arrived nicely packed and all the products were in a lovely see through bag which is just perfect for travelling. In my Birchbox I recieved Liaison de Parfum "No Matter What" sample.  I love receiving perfume samples, because I really don´t have time to spend at store sniffing fragrances. On Sunday I showed you pretty and comfortable floral blouse from Sheinside.com and today I have another item from this store to show you. This black zipper detail blazer looked really cool  & unique and classic at the same time and since I needed something new for autumn then it seemed like a great piece. Hello to you all from UK! We arrived here on Friday and so it is our third day here and so far I have been enjoying my stay here a lot! This week I made potato salad. It is my and mr.R´ s favorite salad, but since chopping all the ingredients is time-consuming then I don´t make it very often. Sel nädalal tegin üle pika aja kartulisalatit. Tegu on minu ja mr.R´i ühe lemmik salatiga, ent kuna selle lõikumine on kohati päris tüütu, siis ma seda väga tihti ei valmista. For 2kg potato salad you will need: 800g potatoes 8 eggs an onion (if you don´t eat onion then you don´t have to add it) ~300g dill pickles ~300g ham or meat. If you don´t eat meat then you can skip the meat :) 200g of mayonnaise 200g of sour cream some dill, salt, lemon pepper I start with boiling potatoes and eggs. I boil potatoes about 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes and once I have drained them then I always add a little bit dill to give potatoes dill flavour. Today I have dry brush manicure for you. I have used this simple technique before ( HERE & HERE ) and since I have already packed all my nail art tools then I used dry brush technique again, because it doesn´t require any nail art tools. Today Estonians celebrate Day of Restoration of Independence and so I´m showing you Estonian flag inspired nails. Täna tähistavad eestlased taasiseseisvumispäeva ning selle puhul on minu küüned täna inspireeritud Eesti lipu värvidest.  For my manicure I used blue Avon Gel Finish nail polish in Royal Vendetta , Aden Cosmetics black polish and white China Glaze White on White . Maniküüri jaoks kasutasin seekord sinist Avon Gel Finish lakki toonis Royal Vendetta, musta Aden Cosmetics´i lakki (täpsemalt nime pudelil pole, aga tegu on ühe nende väga vana lakiga) ja China Glaze valget lakki nimega White on White. I first applied Seche Vite Ridge Filling base coat on my nails and then I added a coat of China Glaze White on White. Next I did sponging. For that I applied blue, black and white nail polish on a piece of cosmetic sponge and then applied the polishes on my nails with the sponge. For my weekend nails I used two nail polishes: Avon Gel Finish nail polish in Fabulou s and BYS holographic glitter polish in Glitter Crystal N342. Today I´m showing you how to pack nail polishes for moving. Most of you probably don´t know that in 5 days we will be moving to UK for the next 11 months. Yay! On Friday I started packing nail polishes that I´m taking with me to UK. I do have about 150 nail polishes, but I´m not taking all of them with me. How I chose what to take and what not? Today I have some lipstick swatches for you. I ordered Avon Ultra Color Matte lipstick samples actually in May, but summer came and since swatching lipsticks is not my favorite thing to do then I just put them on hold. Anyway now I have swatched them and here they are: Matte Fuchsia, Matte Rose, Matte Blossom, Matte Peach, Matte Nude, Matte Grape, Matte Merlot, Matte Melon, Matte Ruby and Matte Mauve.
