Happy Monday, lovelies! February is a rather busy month for me. When last week hubby and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, then this week, it's time to celebrate my blog's 10th birthday! I can't believe that beautybymissl.com turns 10 years old on the 11th of February! I remember when I just started my blog - and where I am now. I started blogging ten years ago because, firstly, I was bored - my hubby was away because of his work, and my days basically just consisted of going to work. When I started my blog, then I didn't really have a clear idea of what my blog would be about. I mean there wasn't exactly anything blog-worthy in my personal or work life and therefore I decided to review (mainly) beauty products I used. Why? I hoped that maybe these reviews would be helpful for those who were thinking about buying a certain product. I also followed quite a lot of beauty and fashion blogs back then and so I wanted to start posting makeup looks and outfit posts...

Yesterday was my birthday. In my yesterday's post, I shared with you my birthday makeup look, and today I'm going to show you my outfit. Although I didn't have a big party then my birthday was still was a great reason to wear something prettier than my usual leggings-jeans-tees. I like the red color, but I only have two red dresses in my closet and yesterday seemed like a perfect day for wearing my red dress from Lindex. I purchased that dress two years ago because it was on sale and I liked it. I usually buy new clothes when I need them (read: I have an event or party coming and I need something new to wear), but with this dress, it was a different story because I purchased it because I just liked it. This dress is comfy and forgiving (read: doesn't show my few extra kilograms). The Patrizia yellow Dini lace dress, I'm showing you today, has been sitting it my wardrobe for two years :D I bought it because I liked it, but I have never really worn it. So for my today's outfit and link up post , I decided to pair this yellow lace dress with black Blank Denim Vegan Leather & Ponte Jacket. Luckily it is quite forgiving and so, although, I have managed to gain some weight, I can still wear it. But since at the moment there are way too many clothes that I can't wear due to the fact that I have gained some weight then it's time to do something about it. Those who have  read my blog before, maybe know that when it comes to SheIn dresses then very often they are way too short for me and the only way I could wear them is as a tunic with leggings or jeggings. A few weeks ago I had an opportunity to choose couple of pieces from SheIn and I found two dresses from their online store that I liked a lot, because of their simple design. Today I'm going to show you the first SheIn mini dress that, in my opinion, looks just so much better in real life than on the photos on SheIn website. This SheIn mini dress is made of polyester fabric that has surprisingly good quality. It has nice high-low design and palm trees printed in front. The front side of the dress has lining and even though I was scared that maybe the backside would be too see-through because it doesn't have lining, it actually isn't. Sometimes you see something and now right away that you need it in your life.
