I purchased Himalaya Herbals Gentle Eye Makeup Remover about a year ago because I needed a new makeup remover and this one seemed promising. According to the pretty promises, it should be gentle and even remove waterproof makeup. The makeup remover is a clear liquid that has a scent that reminds me of gouache paint. My eyes are not sensitive, however, there is something in this eye makeup remover that makes my eyes itchy and sometimes even red. I was pregnant when I first started using it and therefore I thought that maybe that was the reason. However, I have tried using it again and again and still the same problems occur. Although I didn't mention it in my New Year's Resolutions post, then one of my goals for this year was also to use up all those open and/or half empty beauty products before opening or buying new ones. I'm very bad at writing those empties posts because I'm just too lazy to keep all those empty jars-tubes-bottles :D Oh, and I also love throwing away all empty packaging as soon as it gets empty.
