Hi, lovelies! How have you been? It's Monday and that means it's time for an outfit post and weekly link-up. My today's outfit is again one of those "I went shopping in my closet" outfits. I haven't worn a maxi dress since fall and so I decided it's time to go through my maxi dresses and put together an outfit featuring one. I debated between three dresses but decided to go with this navy and white striped maxi dress. Back in October, I showed this maxi dress paired with two different white cardigans and yellow lace-up flats. And back in 2016, I showed it to you paired with a denim jacket and a pair of white flats. I had several ideas on how to style it for my Spring outfit, but for some reason, my vegan leather and ponte jacket seemed like a great choice. Hi, lovelies! How have you all been? I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day! Our Valentine's Day was quite usual, except we had some delicious cake and I wore another pink and black outfit :D Ok, actually, we also went sledding with the kids, and I went jogging afterward. I ran 5.04km in 39 minutes. On Saturday, I also went jogging. I ran 3.2km, and it took me 26 minutes. Since I haven't been jogging for over a year then I'm in a bad shape, but I hope that in a few months I can participate in some running races again. In my January recap post, I complained that I still haven't found a perfect replacement for the Endomondo fitness tracker. And unfortunately, I'm still looking for something that would be as good as Endomondo was :( At the moment, I'm still debating between Sports Tracker, Strava, and Map My Run. Happy New Year! I hope that your 2021 has started well! A few days ago, it started snowing, and at the moment, we have like a winter wonderland here in Estonia. I hope that the snow will stay for a few weeks because everything seems lighter and happier with snow in the wintertime. And my 8-year-old absolutely loves skiing and sledding. The outfit I guess a more winter-appropriate outfit would suit better for today's outfit post. However, I'm going to show you one of my favourite black dresses instead. I purchased this dress in August 2018. The reason why I bought this black dress was sad - I had to attend my father-in-law's funeral ceremony. I had given birth to my baby #2 just a month before, and unfortunately, I still hadn't lost all the extra weight I gained during the pregnancy. That meant that nothing funeral-appropriate from my wardrobe fitted me right and so I had to purchase something new quickly. I wanted something versatile that I could wear in the future...

Last week I showed you an all black outfit and seems that this week I have another black on black look to show you. My outfit was sort of inspired by the snow we had last week. There wasn't much of it but enough for a building a small snowman and spending an extra time for scraping ice off of our car's windshield. This time I wore a black EDC by Esprit jumper dress ( seen here with purple scarf ) and a pair of wet look leggings that I showed you a few weeks ago paired with a beige shirt dress . I added a pair of black knee-high boots (seen here with color-block dress ). These boots are just a perfect example of the different shades of black. I mean these boots are black, however, when compared to the shade of black of my jumper dress and leggings, they look more like dark grey. Hi, lovelies! How was your week? Mine was quite usual. Last Wednesday, I had had to attend my son's developmental interview at his school. There weren't any big surprises for me, except for the fact that he is not behaving very well at school. On Sunday, my son had a football match, and so I spent around 3-4 hours freezing outside (it was a rainy and cloudy day with the temperature between 6-7°C). Oh, I also changed my blog's hosting provider last week. At the moment everything seems to work as it should be and I hope there won't be any unpleasant surprises coming in the future. Outfit I wore this simple casual outfit to my son's developmental interview. I decided to wear a pair of jeans paired with a simple striped long-sleeved top and a white oversized cardigan. Happy Monday, lovelies! How have you been? It's Monday and this means that it's time for the weekly link up and outfit post. My today's outfit post belongs to category - shopping my closet. Why? Well, everything I put together for this look has been sitting in my wardrobe at least three years or even more! For this casual summer outfit, I paired a white Seppälä Reflex hole-embroidered skirt with a navy-white striped top. The skirt looks really pretty with its hole-embroidery and lace detail at the bottom. I bought that skirt in 2007 and wore it for my university graduation. Back then, I paired it with a simple white blouse. Too bad I don't have that blouse any more because I just wore it too often and well.... you know what happens to those clothes that you wear too often. In March I had to throw away my favourite pair of flat ankle boots - Clarks Merryn Trail ankle boots . It was a very sad day for me because those  boots were just so comfy and I could easily wear them with different outfits. Last Tuesday I had to go to Tallinn because it was time for the regular car maintenance. And so I had this wonderful idea that since I will have a couple of hours of free time I will go and buy myself a new pair of flat ankle boots because the weather here in Estonia is getting colder and colder and therefore I can't wear my trainers and ballerinas forever. Well, it was a great plan and after visiting three shopping centres and a plethora of shops that sell footwear, I gave up. There were so many flat ankle boots to choose from but I didn't really LOVE any of them. Once I got back home I did some online shopping and ended up ordering a pair of Tamaris flat ankle boots. Here in Estonia we still have winter, but I just couldn't wait for the sunny spring and summer days to show you my new Jeffrey Campbell sandals which I ordered from Shopbop during their sale a few weeks ago :) These Jeffrey Campbell Cordia sandals look just so pretty and I absolutely love all the cutout details and lace-up closure. Althought these will look great with so many dresses, then this time, I actually paired them with dark blue maternity jeans, black blazer and grey top. I don't wear dressy pants very often anymore because I work from home and so if I want I can spend all day in comfy loungewear. However, last week I realized that I need a pair of dressy pants ASAP and so I decided to order a pair from Mosaic . For me, ordering a pair of Mosaic dressy pants wasn't a gamble because their pants fit me great and I know exactly what size I have to buy.
