Striped dress and denim jacket & Weekly LINK UP #233

Image
Striped clothing. Well, there used to be time (like 15 years ago or so) when I avoided stripes. Stripes, especially horizontal stripes, were a big NO-NO for me and so there was nothing striped in my wardrobe. Some time later I had to attend a nautical-themed party, and I had to wear something blue-white striped there. So that's how a very first striped piece ended in my wardrobe - a blue and white dress with horizontal stripes :D I don't have that dress anymore, but I have purchased some striped dresses and tees after that. The striped dress and denim jacket outfit, I'm going to show you today features a simple striped summer dress. I purchased this dress three years ago. But until this year, I had worn this dress only a few times. However this summer I have worn it at least once a week. Since the weather today is chilly (after 3-4 weeks of temperatures over 28C, 20C feels sooooo cold) I paired the striped dress with a simple light blue denim jacket. I acce...

Fit and flare summer dress and trainers & Weekly LINK UP #232

Last week my younger son turned three. Oh wow! The time flies so fast. It seems like yesterday when he was a tiny (ok not that "tiny") baby and now he is a big boy. Loving helicopters and plains, big trucks , cars, and knows very fell different car brands. Like when we go on our daily walks, he recognizes 99% of the cars he sees. Like wow! When it comes to his birthday present, then, in a way it was super easy, because he knew he wanted a big white Audi. But that didn't mean that he wanted a simple toy car. Oh no - he wanted the electric battery-powered ride-on car- the one he could drive around and turn the steering wheel. Since those aren't cheap then I kind of hoped that maybe he would change his mind, but no - he is one little stubborn dude. We actually planned to get him a white Audi Q8 but since the white one was sold out in most places or had an estimated delivery time of 1+months, then we decided to buy him a white Audi R8 Spider. He was and still is ...

Floral print dress & yellow sandals & weekly link-up #229

Image
A new week has started. That means it's time for an outfit post and weekly link-up. The weather here in Estonia has been hot lately. For many Estonians, anything above 25C is TOO hot. For me, it gets too hot when it's above 30-35C. And that's what it has lately 30C degrees and sunny all the time. This means that for the last few days I have been mostly wearing bikinis or my favorite airy summer dresses. Oh, and I wish we had a pool in our backyard. But since there are not that many hot sunny days here, then that wouldn't be very practical. I guess we should probably buy one of those inflatable pools that we can pack away for winter. Floral print dress and yellow sandals outfit My outfits lately have been simple. I have mostly worn shorts and tops or summer dresses paired with comfy sandals. One of my favourite summer dresses is Emily & Fin Lucy Printed Midi Skater Dress. I ordered this dress from ASOS back in 2015. I have worn it every summer since ...

Skechers Flex Appeal 3.0, OOTD & weekly link-up #224

Hi, lovelies! Last week turned out to be quite busy because I ended up participating in two challenges. One is Bob Proctor's 5 Day Formula For Financial Freedom and another one is Abundance Challenge by Better You Academy. I just love both of these challenges but since they ended up being pretty much at the same time then it has been a challenge to stay on top of things and I still have some home assignments that need to be completed. Also, Bob Proctor's training added some more books to my reading list. So now I want to quickly finish the book about the Baltic stock market, I have been reading about a month, so I could start reading "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. Also, my greenhouse is now ready and I'm just so happy because my husband did an excellent job with it. I just love how it turned out. I already planted two tomatoes and two sweet peppers into my greenhouse. And this week I will buy some more tomatoes and some cucumbers. Last we...

Always Higher Heights To Reach ... & weekly link-up #223

Image
Hi, lovelies! how have you been? I hope you all had an amazing weekend. Mine was pretty usual. I hoped that my new greenhouse would be finished over the weekend but unfortunately that didn't happen. Oh well, I hope this week it will get ready for plants. The outfit Over a year ago I ordered a simple white Daisy Street t-shirt from ASOS . It was a really simple basic white tee but what I loved about it was the slogan on it: " There are always higher heights to reach, believe you  can and you’re half way there. " Since the weather today and this week should finally be warm and nice then I decided to wear this white tee. Pairing it with a pair of jeans or leggings would be too boring and so I decided to add this lovely white hole-embroidered skirt   instead. I added a pair of white lace flats and a light blue denim jacket . I accessorized my outfit with a simple gold necklace and my Fitbit Blaze smart fitness watch. What I wore Daisy...

Striped maxi dress and white cardigan outfit + link up

Hi lovelies! How have you been? A story... not outfit related ... A few weeks ago our bathroom scale stopped cooperating with us and so it was time to buy a new one. We (okay, mostly mu hubby) wanted something fancier that would also measure body fat, etc. I was almost ordering Xiaomi Mi Body Composition 2 but for some reason, it just sounded a bit too good to be true for its low price and so, I decided to go with a brand I know - Fitbit. And Fitbit Aria Air seemed like a good choice and somehow it seemed that it will all the things needed. Although, to tell you the truth I don't really care much about those fancy extras. All I need to know is my actual weight. Anyway, so I ordered Fitbit Aria Air and received it last Wednesday. And unfortunately, it seems that it basically only shows you your weight. Oopsy! So I googled and read some posts and comments and seems that I haven't been the only one who thought that this fancy bathroom scale would do more. So I'm glad that I...

Black on Black outfit & LINK UP

Image
Black. Some people hate it and complain whenever they have to wear it. Some people love it wear it every day. I don't wear black daily, although around the age of 14 I wore black very often. Yesterday for some reason was one of those days when I just wanted to wear a black outfit. Maybe it was because of the chilly weather and the fact that days are getting shorter and darker ... Last week I showed you some new clothes from Femme Luxe . For this outfit, I combined the black ‘Nothing to Wear’ Slogan Cropped Top from Femme Luxe with simple black Vince Ponte Pants. Leather jacket seemed like a good idea for this look and so I added black Blank Denim Vegan Leather & Ponte Jacket. When it comes to my booties then I actually wanted to wear my red shoes from Ecco at first but then I decided that black Ecco Bella wedge booties are maybe a better choice. I planned to accessorize my outfit with some gold jewelry but in the end, I just wore my black Fitbit Blaze smart fitness watch...

Floral print and anchors & weekly link up

Image
20 days until the due date. Although it seems that time flies then at this point it just doesn't seem to fly fast enough. I had an absolutely lovely weekend. On Saturday we went to the fair and yesterday we went for a walk. It wasn't actually a very long walk (maybe 3-4K) but at this point, it seemed like a marathon to me :D And so for my today's maternity outfit post, I have this quick shot we took yesterday. When it comes to my outfits lately then the most important thing for me at the moment is that whatever I wear has to be comfy and my yesterday's floral print and anchors outfit definitely is comfy. Since yesterday we had another sunny and warm spring day then a pair of shorts and a tee seemed like a great choice. The floral print shorts I wore are actually not maternity shorts, however, thanks to their style I can easily wear them right now and postpartum, too. My white anchor print tee is from H&M Mama line. Since we went for a walk then I wore a pair of ...

Comfy maternity outfit & PUMA Ignite evoKNIT Lo VR Sneakers

Image
I think I spent that much time in sneakers back when I was about 15 or so then I do now :D But during pregnancy I prefer comfy maternity outfit and a pair of comfy shoes or sneakers is a must. When it comes to comfy sneackers then these bright pink PUMA Ignite evoKNIT Lo VR Sneakers are definitely comfy. For this comfy maternity outfit I paired simple H&M Mama leggings with Free People Anna Tee ( seen here ). Although Anna Tee is not a maternity tee, then thanks to its slouchy style I can still wear it. I actually planned to wear my white Puma sneakers ( seen here ) at first, but since the color combo of my outfit was so boring then bright pink PUMA Ignite evoKNIT Lo VR Sneakers seemed like a much better choice. I added Fitbit Blaze Smart Fitness watch and Siselly semi-precious stone bracelet to complete my look. My comfy maternity outfit Free People Anna Tee (from Shopbop , sold out) H&M Mama leggings PUMA Ignite evoKNIT Lo VR Sneakers ordered from Shopbop...

Casual summer maternity outfit & weekly link up

Image
I love warm spring days and so the last week has been just perfect for me - sunny and warm (not too hot) - just perfect. And therefore here comes one of my favourite casual summer maternity outfits featuring shorts and striped maternity blouse. I bought this striped blouse from H&M a week ago because although I have a bunch of maternity tees and not so many blouses. For my casual summer outfit I paired the blouse with a pair of shorts. These shorts are actually a DIY project from last week :D I couldn't find a suitable pair of shorts and so I ended up buying a pair of Mamalicious jeans from a thrift store and turned them into shorts. That project took me like 20-30 minutes total and I saved some € so I'm happy with the result. I accessorized my casual summer maternity outfit with Marc Jacobs Nomad NS Crossbody, Madewell necklaces, Fitbit Blaze smart fitness watch, Yosi Samra Samara Star Perforated Flats and Siselly semi-precious stone bracelet. And of course sunglasse...

Estonian beauty bloggers meetup outfit & weekly link-up

Image
Yesterday I had an amazing opportunity to attend Estonian beauty bloggers meetup at Helen Heinroos Hair salon in Tallinn. It was great to see other beauty bloggers, learn about some new NYX Professional Makeup products and just chit-chat. Longer post about the meetup is coming this week so stay tuned to find out what was in out generous goodiebags ;) For my today's weekly outfit post, I decided to show you my bloggers meetup outfit (also known as maternity outfit :P ). While previous years it has been kind of a headache to figure out what to wear, then this year, it seemed even bigger struggle because of my growing belly. Well, after trying on X number of outfits, checking the weather forecast etc I decided to wear Citizens of Humanity Avedon Skinny maternity jeans paired with simple black H&M maternity top. At first, I decided to add a knitted cardigan, but then decided to wear my Reserved blazer instead. I accessorized my outfit with Siselly semiprecious stone bracelet ,...

Casual maternity outfit & weekly fashion and style link up #146

Image
It seems that spring has finally arrived to Estonia :) Last week we finally had a few sunny and warm days, although, the wind still feels chilly and so wearing just a tee outside is not a good idea. Today little mr.R woke about and seems he has lost his voice in the puddles over the weekend. I hope that he will feel better soon and can go to the kindergarten again. My today's outfit is another simple casual maternity outfit that I just love love love because its so comfy! When it comes to my comfy casual maternity outfit then this time I paired Mamalicious Ida Maternity Jeggings In Skinny Fit from  ASOS  with maternity top from Esprit. This top is actually from my previous pregnancy (from year 2012 :D ). I didn't even remember that I still had that top but a few weeks ago I found it from my closet and started wearing it again :) I added H&M fine-knit cardigan that I showed you last week paired with joggers . I accessorized my casual maternity outfit with a pair of Ecc...

Comfy maternity outfit feat H&M and Esprit & weekly link-up

Image
I love comfy clothes and it's especially important for me now :) Today I'm showing you one of my favourite comfy maternity outfit. I just love love love it and wear it at home very often :) [caption id="attachment_22006" align="aligncenter" width="800"] H&M joggers/ Esprit maternity top/ H&M fine-knit cardigan/ Fitbit Blaze smart fitness watch/ Puma socks[/caption] The grey marl H&M joggers aren't actually from H&M Mama line, but from H&M regular line. I ordered these about a month ago, I think, and went with my regular size and for my great surprise they actually fit great even now, when I have gained weight. My white top is from Esprit Maternity line. I like its very simple design and this top is great for layering. The dark blue fine-knit cardigan is again from H&M regular line and I bought it in my regular pre-pregnancy size. Since this is somewhat oversized then it fits me great and I can wear it throughout my ...

Mustard yellow and dark blue outfit & weekly link up

Image
Happy Monday, beauties! Time for this week's fashion and style link up! This mustard yellow and dark blue outfit features my current favourite pair of maternity jeans from Mamalicious which I ordered from ASOS a while ago. Just like for my last week's maternity outfit post, I paired maternity jeans with non-maternity pieces :) So for my mustard yellow and dark blue outfit I paired dark blue Mamalicious Ida Maternity Jeggings In Skinny Fit (ordered from ASOS, sold out now :( ) with mustard yellow Oasis V Neck Jumper (seen here a few years ago paired with blue jeans and leather jacket ). Since this v-neck jumper is a bit sheer then I wore a simple white James Perse Daily Tank (ordered from Shopbop ) under the jumper. I accessorized my mustard yellow and dark blue maternity outfit with  Jeffrey Campbell Hanger Leather Booties, Fitbit Blaze smart fitness watch and  Siselly  bracelet. My mustard yellow and dark blue outfit Mamalicious Ida Maternity Jeggings In Sk...
