My opnion of 14 Day Skinny Teatox

My 14 Day Skinny Teatox kit with cute starberry shaped tea infuser arrived a few weeks ago and I yesterday I finished the 14 day program. The morning tea is a loose leaf tea with pleasant scent. You have to measure 1 teaspoon of morning tea in the tea infuser and then let it steep in a cup of hot water for 2-4 minutes. This tea has good flavour and so I can drink it without any added sweeteners (btw I usually prefer my tea and coffee without any sweeteners anyway :P ). This tea can me drunk in the morning or afternoon and I prefer it better in the afternoon. It really helps to suppress my appetite. When it comes to my "diet" than I have no problems being good and follow it until about 2PM after that time I always feel hungry and want something sweet, which is bad for me, but the last two weeks I haven't had that "I-want-something-good-and-sweet" feeling and I love it! The 14 Day Skinny Teatox evening tea came in a plastic bag that contained 7 teabags. You have to drink this tea every other day in the evening. Using these teabags is easy - just pour hot water over one tea bad and let it infuse for 2-4 minutes. If you want extra effect, then infuse it longer. Since this tea contains senna then it may produce a laxative effect(!), Therefore it is better to follow the instructions carefully and not exceed recommended dose. This tea was also had pleasant taste and I enjoyed drinking it. I have been  drinking these teas for 2 weeks and  during this time I did notice that I had bit more energy and thanks to the morning tea I didn't have those afternoon sweet cravings :) Since my diet wasn't that healthy during this two weeks than of course I didn't notice much weight loss. That proves that if you want to lose weight with these teas then you have to eat healthy and only drinking tea won't give that much effect. Overall I enjoyed my experience with 14 Day Skinny Teatox and I would buy these teas again :)
