China Glaze Liquid Leather

China Glaze Liquid Leather is a nail polish that many people love and many people hate. I needed new black nail polish and so I decided to give it a try and so today I´m sharing my opinion of it with you too.

China Glaze´i lakk Liquid Leather on lakk, mida paljud armastavad ja palju vihkavad. Kuna mul oli hädasti vaja uut musta lakki, siis otsustasin selle siiski ära proovida ning täna saate siis lugeda minu arvamust sellest.

On my nails you can see one coat of China Glaze black nail polish Liquid Leather applied over a coat of OPI Nail Envy and finished with a coat of Essie Good To Go.

Minu küüntel näete ühte kihti China Glaze´i lakki Liquid Leather. Aluslakina kasutasin OPI Nail Envy´t ning pealislakiks kasutasin Essie Good To Go pealislakki.

Liquid Leather is a black creme that looks opaque in one coat. I have read that some people will need three coats of polish for opaque result, but for me really one was just enough for even and opaque result. Its drying time wasn´t the quickest, but it didn´t take forever either. With some dark and black nail polishes I sometimes have problems because it is hard to remove them and they leave stains on cuticles and nails. Luckily I had no such problems with Liquid Leather. I haven´t tried it for stamping yet, but I hope it will work for that 🙂

Overall I like Liquid Leather and I don´t really have anything to complain about.

China Glaze lakk Liquid Leather on kreemjas lakk, mis näeb ühtlane ja läbipaistmatu välja juba vaid ühe kihina. Olen lugenud arvustusi ja kommentaare, kus väidetakse, et selle laki puhul on vaja ühtlase tulemuse saamiseks kolm kihti lakki. Aga mul tõesti piisas vaid ühest. Laki kuivamisaeg ei olnud küll just kõige kiiremate killast, ent samas ei võtnud see ka tunde. Mõnede tumedate ja mustade lakkidega on mul olnud probleeme nende eemaldamisega, kuna tumedad lakid kipuvad vahel jätma jälgi küünenahkadele ja küüntele. Liquid Leather´ga seda probleemi ei olnud ja pärast laki maha võtmist olid küüned kenasti oma loomulikku värvi 🙂 Ma loodan, et see lakk sobib ka tembledamiseks ning see on mul plaanis varsti ka ära latsetada. 

Kokkuvõttes olen mina oma China Glaze´i Liquid Leather´ga rahul ning põhjust nurisemiseks ei ole. Parima valiku China Glaze´i lakke leiad Eestis Beauty Pro poodidest 😉

    I don’t have this black,but it looks like it checks all the boxes – smooth, glossy, opaque in 1 coat, doesn’t stain!

    I’m wondering if China Glaze reformulated? I have an old bottle of Liquid Leather and it is a jelly and takes three coats for opacity. It’s gorgeous and squishy. Very different from the polish you described.

    I recently received a new bottle of Liquid Leather as a gift. I’m going to have to get it on my nails and see if it is like my old one or like your Liquid Leather. 😀
