Why Your Kids Don't Want To Learn And What To Do About It

Image
Most children want to explore the world and find out more about it. But sometimes, you can find that their love of learning goes out the window. As a parent, it can be confusing.  It’s worth reminding yourself that a love of learning doesn’t disappear. Children always want to find out more about the world. It’s just that their ideas of learning differ from yours. You think that learning is all about studying in books, while for kids, it’s a matter of play. The moment they feel like they have to learn , it turns into work. And they don’t like that.  As a parent, the trick is to be mindful of this subtle switch in their approach. By contrast, if you try to force the matter by insisting that they read for 30 minutes before they go to sleep, they will rebel. They won’t want to take part in the activity.  If you feel like your kids don’t want to learn, here are...

Review: Ziaja Eye Make-Up Remover Duo-Phase

Image
Ziaja is a Polish beauty brand know for its good quality and budget-friendly prices. Back in July, I shared with you my thoughts on Ziaja Micellar Water For Face And Eyes . My today's review is of Ziaja Eye Make-Up Remover Duo-Phase. I purchased it a few months ago and have been using it quite a lot lately. My experience with Ziaja Eye Make-Up Remover Duo-Phase Ziaja Eye Make-Up Remover Duo-Phase comes in a 120ml bottle with a screw cap. The makeup remover itself is fragrance-free and easy to use. Just shake the bottle to mix the two phases and then wet a cotton pad. Wipe gently over eyelids and ey...

Hello August & weekly link-up #235

Image
Goodbye July, hello August. I can't believe that is August here. My 3-year old will start kindergarten in two weeks. And I will be back at work, after nine years, in just one week. The weather lately has been rainy, windy, and a bit too chilly for my liking. This means that although I try to wear my summer dresses and clothes as much as possible, I'm pairing them with cardigans, sweaters, and jackets. Oh, I also just purchased a new winter parka - Didriksons Leona :D It was discounted from 400€ to 192€ and so it came home with me :D My today's outfit is for me one of those transitioning into Autumn looks. So or this casual outfit I paired a simple pair of Guess skinny jeans with a striped Esprit t-shirt (seen here paired with grey pants and here with striped shorts ) and black Blank Denim vegan leather & ponte jacket. Since it is still summer then I decided to wear my black Ecco slip-on sandals (seen here paired with floral wrap skirt and black ...
