Lately I have bought ....

Image
So here is a little.. very little haul post. Lately I have mostly bought things for our new apartment and for my baby boy who will be born very soon and so I haven´t really bought much beauty products. That is actually good in a way because I can use up all those half used products :P   Anyway onto the products I have bought. My beloved Goldwell Color Glow IQ Bright Shine Leave-in Treatment ran out and I had to buy new one. I wanted to try something new and so I decided to try LÓreal Elvital Total Repair Leave-in Conditioner. I have already used it couple of times and so far the impressions are good.    I polish my nails quite often and so the product I need a lot is a nail polish remover. This Maybelline´s Acetone Free Gentle Nail Polish Remover is one of my favorite nail polish removers.    And of course a facial wash. Something new again. I bought Vichy Purifying Foaming Water in travel size. Impressions so far - good. From eBay I ordered INM Out The Door fast dry...

Review: MUA Professional Eye Primer

Image
I ordered MUA Professional Eye Primer in July from MUA online store . I have been using it ever since I received it and so far this probably is one of my favorite eye primers.    Information and ingredients from packaging Budget friendly MUA Professional Eye Primer comes in a sleek plastic packaging with a convenient applicator. With this applicator it is very easy to apply the primer. I usually apply it with the applicator and then blend it with my little finger. The primer is slightly tinted, but when applied and blended on the eyelid then it looks rather clear. The formula of the MUA Professional Eye Primer is bit sticky.  Likes & dislikes: What I like about MUA Professional Eye Primer - budget friendly - it costs £2.50 on MUA online store - easy to apply - all my eye shadows stay on very well all day (more than 12hours) - eye shadows won't crease or fade - doesn't irritate my eyes - convenient packaging   What I don't like: There really isn't ...

Review: Yves Rocher African Cocoa Bean Shower Cream

Image
So another shower product from Yves Rocher. This time it is Yves Rocher African Cocoa Bean Shower Cream. I received it from mr.R´s mom, but I wasn´t asked to review it. I used this product about 2 months and I think it is time to share my thoughts about it.    What they say about it on Yves Rocher website? "Escape with the subtle sweetness of African Cocoa Bean! Close your eyes and let yourself be captivated by the savory, soothing scent of African Cocoa Bean!  Every day, let the lush lather of our African Cocoa Bean Shower cream envelop you, as its exotic scent, a bittersweet blend from the strong African sun, captivates you! The Plus : Its light and silky lather offers an intense feeling of well-being and protection!  - Neutral pH - Recyclable bottle"   Sounds great? Definitely!    Likes & dislikes What I liked about it: - it has nice cocoa scent, which ain´t too sweet - lathers well  - it makes my skin nicely clean without making it too dry - a little...

Girly Girl Nail Art Challenge: week 1

Image
I am participating in Girly Girl Nail Art Challenge hosted by Lisa from Lisa´s Nail Obsession. For this week the task was: Think Pink - Wear your favorite pink nail polish and nail art.    It was very difficult to choose my favorite pink, but finally I chose Wet n Wild Dreamy Poppy. I used one of my favorite nail art technique for this design - sponging. I sponged some China Glaze Gold Digger on tips of my nails. The result looked really pretty in the sunshine ( too bad I just didn´t have time to take the photos then). Btw this time I had to use my old Sony compact camera for taking photos and so the quality of the pics is..... not so good.  What I used: - China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat - Wet n Wild Dreamy Poppy - China Glaze Gold Digger - Poshe Topcoat
