Hi, lovelies! Happy International Women’s Day to you all!
How have you been?
When last week it felt like Spring here in Estonia, and I showed you my green and yellow outfit for spring, then at the end of the week the weather turned into winter again. On Thursday evening, it started to snow, and so on Friday morning we had -7°C outside and everything was covered with white snow. IF it was November or December I would be super happy and excited … but in March, not that happy! And I’m really worried about my tulips and narcissus that already had started showing their first leaves. Luckily right now the temperature is just a little below 0°C and I hope that the snow will protect my flowers from the cold.
The snow and snowstorm, and headache also ruined all my great workout plans for the weekend. Luckily I still have 2.5 months left for the first 7 km race I signed up last week. I hope I will achieve some sort of running shape for the race with that time 😀
There was one good thing about the snowstorm though – since I had no desire to go outside with that kind of weather then I actually had time to dye my hair. Although for about a year now I have been using L’Oreal Preference 11.11 Ultra Light Crystal Blonde hair dye on my hair. Then this time I went with another permanent hair color – Garnier Olia 10.1 Ashy Very Light Blonde, because the L’Oreal hair dye was sold out. I used to dye my hair with Garnier Olia 9.0 Light Blonde when we lived in the UK from 2014-2015. Oh, I loved living in the UK. And whenever I look those at photos of all the places we visited while living there… I miss the UK so much 🙁
Ok, but back to the Garnier Olia hair dye 10.1. I will publish a longer post of it with before and after photos on Wednesday, but in short, I was very happy with the hair dye – it didn’t stink as bad as many box hair dyes do and I’m very happy with the result. Although my hair is a bit darker blonde now then it looks really good and I think I will probably now stick with Garnier Olia for now.
Little Black Dress and Black Blazer
These outfit photos were taken about a month ago when I also took my pink and black outfit photos. That pink and black outfit featured a little black dress from Femme Luxe paired with a pink jacket.
Well, my today’s black-on-black outfit features again the same simple black dress from Femme Luxe. This time I paired the dress with a black zipper detail blazer. I have had this blazer from SheIn over six years but I haven’t worn it much. BUT that doesn’t mean I don’t love the jacket – I love its silhouette, zipper details, and faux leather details.
I accessorized my black on black outfit with a pair of black Vagabond wedges and Juliet & Company Imitation Pearl Wrap Necklace. I purchased the Vagabond wedges shoes about ten years ago. They just looked so cute with their black and purple color combination and lace details so I just had to have them. I remember there was just one, the last pair left and luckily they fit perfectly and so they came home with me. Since my shoe size is EU41 then something like that hardly ever happens and usually, in the last pairs section, there are only available those smaller sizes.
