When it comes to all those Christmas related posts then last week I shared with you a post about starting your Christmas planning early. And I think that planning the outfits for Christmas and NYE celebrations (and for any other party) is important. I always prefer being prepared and that’s why I start planning my outfits as soon as I get the invitation. I really hate when I discover at the last minute that my outfit doesn’t work and so I will have to just quickly throw together another look.
It’s November and so it’s time to start preparing for all those Christmas and New Year’s Eve parties. Femme Luxe offers a nice selection of party dresses, glitter dresses, and tops. Today I want to show you three Femme Luxe dresses that would be perfect for New Year’s Eve or Christmas party or for any other party where you want to shine and stand out.
So, let’s start with a black modest bodycon dress. This black ribbed V neck midi dress – Regina is a nice addition to my collection of Little Black Dresses. This ribbed V neck midi dress is also available in white and rust – so if black is not your cup of tea then those might be perfect options for you. The black ribbed bodycon dress is surprisingly stretchy and fits well. I like its length and since this dress has a rather simple design then I can play with different accessories and jackets to make this dress suitable for both casual everyday looks and for parties.
For these photos I paired the simple black midi dress with black heeled ankle booties and an eye-catching statement necklace from Happiness Boutique.
Next, comes this beautiful blue velvet diamante corset bodycon mini dress – Andre. Well, as soon as I saw this velvet dress, I fell in love. It looked just so pretty on femmeluxefinery.co.uk that I just had to have it. Since the dress is a mini dress and I’m 175cm tall then I was scared that maybe the dress is way too short for me.
So the dress is rather short but luckily still wearable. The blue velvet looks so pretty and the silver glitter just makes it perfect for New Year’s Eve parties. For these pics, I paired the navy blue velvet mini dress with glitter details with black heeled ankle boots and Happiness Boutique statement necklace.
And for the last but not least I want to show you this gold glitter one-shoulder belted bodycon mini dress – Anastasia. This gold glitter dress just screamed Christmas party dress for me. If you are not fond of gold glitter then this dress is also available in silver glitter.
I like that this one-shoulder gold glitter dress is nice and stretchy and the belt is a nice touch. This gold glitter dress has a simple design but it’s still an eye-catching dress. For these photos I paired the dress with the versatile pair of black heeled ankle boots and Billie & Blossom statement necklace.
I must say that all three Femme Luxe party dresses are comfy. Like really comfy. I ordered all three dresses in the same size, however, the blue velvet dress is a bit larger than the other two dresses.
