Hotel Future Inn Cardiff Bay

November 7, 2014 By Miss L

In September we visited Wales. We spent three days and two there. The first night we stayed at Future Inn Cardiff Bay which is a modern hotel situated 400 metres away from the Wales Millenium Centre and 1.5 miles from Cardiff city centre.

Finding the hotel was bit of a challenge, because our GPS really directed us to really weird place and so it took a lot of driving back and forth to find the right place. I really imagined that the hotel would be closer to the city center for some reason. When we drove there then it seemed really far from city center, but actually walking that 1.5 mile from hotel to city center took us only about 30 minutes, so it wasn´t that bad. The hotel itself was nice and roomy.

Onto to our room. We stayed in double room with two double beds. The room was nice and clean. With big flat screen TV; free wifi and parking; kettle and cups so it was easy to make some coffee or tea.Future Inn Cardiff Bay double room with two double beds Future Inn Cardiff Bay double room with two double beds

There also were iron and ironing desk (in the cupboard on the left you can see on the photo below).

Of course little mr.R decided that this cupboard will be his room and so he dragged all his toys there.

Bathroom was clean. The only thing I did not like about it was the towel dryer on the bathroom wall, which seemed kind of unsafe especially because of our toddler who has to touch and test EVERYTHING.

View from our room wasn´t anything special.

Overall we were satisfied with Future Inn Cardiff Bay and if we visited Cardiff again then we would stay there again. You can find more information about this hotel HERE.
