I purchased Algologie Hydra Écume Oligo-Micellar Cleansing Water about a few months ago. Algologie was a new brand for me back then. But since I love trying and discovering new products then products, I decided to try it.
Today I’m going to share my experience with this micellar water that has been a part of my morning-time beauty routine.
Algologie Hydra Écume Oligo-Micellar Cleansing Water is formulated with algo 4 complex and oligo-elements. Algo 4 complex is an exclusive bio-mimetic complex composed of four active ingredients. These ingredients are sourced from extremophile plants selected for their ability to meet the vital needs of the four fundamental skin cells: protect, oxygenate, stimulate, and nourish.
The micellar water also contains gulf stream sea water that is a source of 96 minerals and trace elements that help bring your skin back into balance.
My experience with Algologie Hydra Ecume Oligo-Micellar Cleansing Water
Hydra Ecume Oligo-Micellar Cleansing Water comes in a simple clear plastic bottle with a flip cap. The bottle holds 200ml of product. The micellar water is a clear water-like liquid, and it has a pleasant scent.
Using Hydra Écume Oligo-Micellar Cleansing Water is easy. I apply some micellar water onto a cotton pad and then gently wipe my face to remove impurities.
I like that this micellar water doesn’t dry out my skin nor make it feel unpleasantly tight. It is also suitable for removing light makeup (BB cream, powder, light foundation). However, when it comes to waterproof mascara, then it’s unfortunately pretty useless. But since I prefer a good eye makeup remover for that anyway then that’s not really a deal-breaker for me.
Overall I’m happy with Algologie Hydra Écume Oligo-Micellar Cleansing Water. It is gentle and doesn’t dry out my skin. It is a perfect element for my morning-time beauty routine, and I love using it!
