This is the third and probably the last summary post of 2020. I have already shared with you my blogging year in review and showed you some of my favourite beauty products from last year. Since in 2020, I started again with outfit posts, then I decided to put together this roundup with some of my favourite looks from last year.
I usually publish one outfit post a week, and since there are 52 weeks, then there should be at least 52 outfit posts. Well, since I started posting my outfits only in June then I published a total of 30 outfit posts.
The most fun was back in November the 7 Day Skirt Challenge where everyone who participated could either choose one skirt and style it differently for each day or wear a different skirt every day. I decided to choose one skirt and style it differently for each day.
I loved loved loved this challenge. Thanks to this challenge I also discovered some new blogs and Instagram accounts to follow. For the challenge, I chose a simple black pencil skirt that I had worn only a few times and I tried to pair it with different tops/blouses and accessories for new looks. In a way, this challenge was really A CHALLENGE because I didn’t want my looks to be too similar. But in a way, it was a great opportunity to try different combos that I maybe wouldn’t have tried without this challenge.
One of my favourite outfits I put together was this black wet look leggings paired with a beige chiffon shirt dress. I just love the overall look and photos.
My most favourite outfit post is from summer featuring one of my favourite summer dresses and a simple pair of H&M striped shoes. The hole-embroidered summer dress is comfy, looks good, and has pockets. I love this dress together with those striped slip-on sneakers.
The next outfit is also from summer. This green and peach outfit features a simple green Lindex skirt paired with a simple Esprit broderie top. This outfit is comfy and I loved wearing it.
And then there is my birthday outfit. On my birthday I wore a red dress with lace details, accessorized with a statement necklace, high heels and a gold watch. I wore this same dress also on New Year’s Eve. I just skipped the high heels and wore a pair of comfy flats instead.
And here comes a perfect “mom” outfit – a pair of comfy jeans, comfy long-sleeved top, long cardigan and a pair of comfy boots.
I like cardigans because they are perfect for layering once the weather gets chilly. I like this simple outfit featuring a pair of ripped jeans, cardigan and a black lace up bodysuit.
And the last outfit I decided to add this roundup is this black and floral outfit. I like blazers and suit trousers. Unfortunately, since I’m a stay-at-home mom and spend my days mainly at home with my 2-year-old toddler then there isn’t really a good reason for wearing something like that.
So this were some of my favourite outfit from 2020. I hope that this year I will post more outfit posts and I hope for some fun challenges 😉
