In March I had to throw away my favourite pair of flat ankle boots – Clarks Merryn Trail ankle boots. It was a very sad day for me because those boots were just so comfy and I could easily wear them with different outfits.
Last Tuesday I had to go to Tallinn because it was time for the regular car maintenance. And so I had this wonderful idea that since I will have a couple of hours of free time I will go and buy myself a new pair of flat ankle boots because the weather here in Estonia is getting colder and colder and therefore I can’t wear my trainers and ballerinas forever.
Well, it was a great plan and after visiting three shopping centres and a plethora of shops that sell footwear, I gave up. There were so many flat ankle boots to choose from but I didn’t really LOVE any of them. Once I got back home I did some online shopping and ended up ordering a pair of Tamaris flat ankle boots. They should arrive tomorrow (on Tuesday) and I hope that they will be perfect (read: comfy) because I liked how they looked on the online store’s photos.
For the outfit I’m going to show you today, I wore a pair of Sam Edelman fringe booties. I ordered these back in 2015 from Shopbop. These boots seemed like a great choice for this fall outfit.
For this shopping my closet outfit, I wore my favourite pair of Lindex Lilly jeans. I purchased these a year ago and at the moment they are the most comfortable jeans I own and I wear them often. I added a striped ONLY sweater that has been in my closet for about six years and MEXX jacket that I have owned four years, I think. I accessorized my fall outfit with Michael Kors tote bag, Michael Kors watch and Madewell layered necklace set.
