OOTD: Yellow on yellow

Yellow. The color yellow is one of those colors that I used to hate in my wardrobe. Although I liked yellow as color then I just avoided it in my wardrobe. I think the very first yellow item in my wardrobe (that I can remember) was a winter jacket that I loved a lot.

Right now there a few yellow pieces in my wardrobe plus two bags and a pair of flats. Today I want to show you the newest pale yellow dress that I purchased about a month ago. A month ago I visited Lindex store to buy something for my sons and I didn’t really plan to get anything for me. But there was just something about this simple yellow dress that caught my eye and since it was on sale then I just purchased it.

Lindex Holly & White yellow hole-embroidered dress has a good length and I love its feminine silhouette. This dress is just perfect for warm summer days. AND it also has pockets! I didn’t notice the pockets at first but once I did, I knew I had to have this dress. For some reason, I just love dresses and skirts that have pockets.

Since this dress is very simple then with accessories I can style for casual daytime looks or going out outfits. This time I accessorized Lindex Holly & White yellow hole-embroidered dress with suede Splendid sandals with wraparound ankle strap and chunky cork heel. I added yellow Michael Kors Dillon handbag and Happiness Boutique floral statement necklace.
