Uusaastalubadused 2019

Head uut aastat teile kõigile mu kallid lugejad! 2018 aasta ongi läbi saanud ning alanud uus (ja loodetavasti) veelgi parem ja edukam 2019 🙂 Kui eelmise aasta alguses ma mingeid uusaastalubadusi andma ei hakanud, siis sel aastal mõtlesin, et võiks jälle ju midagi kokku lubada 😀 Äkki isegi õnnestub tubli ja korralik olla ja oma lubadused kenasti täita ka. 

Kuna eelmisel aastal olin ma samal ajal rase, siis kõige klassikalisemat lubadust stiilis võtan alla X kilo nii kui nii anda ei saanud. Sel aastal aga on see võtan-kaalus-alla-X-kilo teemaks. Mitu kilo kokku mul täpselt vaja maha võtta on, seda ma igaks juhuks ei kommenteeri. Aga igatahes rasedusega kogunenud kilodest on vaja vabaneda veel umbes 4 kilost ja no siis natuke veel. 

Eelmise kaaluvähendamise lubadusega seoses, on lubadus lõpetada igasuguse magusa tarbimine (sh puuviljad ja ka nisujahu tooted). Õnneks selle lubaduse täitmine mulle üldiselt raskusi ei peaks valmistama, vähemalt seni olen ma periooditi sellega väga edukalt hakkama saanud. Seega hakkan jälle hoolega lugema pakendite silte ja vähemalt mõned nädalad MyFitnessPal’i kasutama, et toitude kogused jms enam-vähem paika saada. 

Kahe eelneva lubadusega seondub hästi ka lubadus nädalas vähemalt 100km maha jalutada/joosta. Kuigi jah, hetkel talvel on vist 50-70km nädalas reaalsem. Asi pole mitte külmas ilmas,vaid hoopis tänu olematule teehooldusele meie suurepärases väikelinnas on pool aega kõnniteed nagu liuväli ja vankriga uisutamine võtab rohkem aega. Seega kui tavapäraselt läbin vankriga tunnis ~6km, siis praeguste kehvade oludega venitab heal juhul 5km välja, kui sedagi. 🙁 Pole siis ime, et aina rohkem ja rohkem tundub Icebug jalatsite ost väga hea ideena 😀 

Plaanis on 2019 aastal jälle osaleda ka jooksuvõistlustel (Maijooks, järvejooksud), Scoutsrännakul ja äkki ka mõnel käimismaratonil. Eks vaatab käigult mis ja kuidas nendega saab. 

Kui ma üldiselt olen alati üritanud blogisse postitada kuskil 4-5x nädalas, siis juulis, pärast beebi R’i sündi läks see asi kolinal allamäge 🙁 Ideid, millest kirjutada on palju aga no beebi ja 6 aastase Rübliku kõrvalt on olnud mega raske leida aega ja motivatsiooni oma kirjatükid valmis saada. Seega kui kord nädalas või kord kahe nädala jooksul postituse valmis sain, siis oli tunne nagu oleks mingi mega suure saavutusega hakkama saanud 😀 Seega arvustamata ilutoodete hulk on kasvanud hetke seisuga masendavalt suureks. Pluss igasugu muud postituste ideed, mis otsast jõuavad juba meelest ära minna. Ikaldus postitustes on kahjuks andnud kõvasti tunda ka blogikülastajate arvus ning pärast beebi R’i sündi kukkus igapäevane blogikülastuste arv üle 50% 🙁 Loodan, et kui hakkan jälle tihemini postitama suudan ka külastuste arvu vanale tasemele saada ning sellega koos siis ka blogi sissetulekut suurendada – palka on vaja ju endale maksta 🙂 

Lisaks annan endast parima, et hakata uuesti ka outfiti postitusi tegema. Mulle väga meeldivad teiste outfiti postitused ning mulle meeldib neid teha, aga beebi kõrvalt on see keeruline olnud. Eriti veel kui praegused pimedad päevad ei soosi kohe kuidagi piltide tegemist 🙁

New Year’s Resolutions 2019

Happy New Year! I hope 2019 will be amazing for you! Last year I skipped all new year’s resolutions, but this year I decided to make some promises. And I hope I can achieve those goals.

So let’s start with probably the most popular new year’s resolution – to lose weight 😀 Same time last year I was pregnant and so losing weight wasn’t my goal. However, this year I have to lose a few kilograms. I still have around 4 kg baby weight to lose + some more.

My next promise for 2019 is related to the weight loss promise. I promise to stop eating sweets (so no candies, chocolate, cakes or fruits for me). Fortunately, that isn’t very difficult for me and I have done it from time to time before. This also means that I’m going to be using MyFitnessPal more often to track what and how much I eat.

My third promise is related to the previous two 😀 I plan to walk/run at least 100km/week. Although, right now when the roads are slippery then 50-70km are more realistic. When I normally walk 6+km/hour then right now when it’s slippery, I can barely walk 5km/hour. So, no wonder that buying a pair of Icebug boots or trainers seems like a great idea.

I used to post 4-5 times a week to my blog. However, after baby R was born in July, I can barely post once a week or once every two weeks. I have so many ideas that just need to be posted but I just don’t have time to do it 🙁 It sometimes feels like such a victory if I can finally publish a post. I hope that from now on I can post more often.

I also hope to start doing outfit posts again. I love doing those posts but, again, with the baby and dark winter days, it’s just so hard to take the outfit pics.
