14 Days of Valentine’s Day | Pond Heart Nail Art

Hi, beauties! Time for the 5th Valentine’s Day themed nail design. For this nail art I used a pond technique. For pond technique you have to use sheer and tinted nail polishes to create pond like result. You will achieve the depth by layering the sheer polish and adding your desing between the layers of sheer polish. The nail polish you use for layering has to be sheer enough to let your desing peep through from the bottom layers of your mani.

For my pond heart nail art I used Zoya base and top coat, sheer OPI Love Is In The Bare, a nail art brush, a dotting tool and beautiful red OPI nail polish in Coca-Cola Red.

Hei! Aeg viiendaks sõbrapäeva teemaliseks küünedisainiks. Seekord kasutasin pond technique‘i ehk siis otse tõlkes tiigi tehnikat. Tiigi tehnika jaoks on vaja läbipaistavat värvilist lakki, tavalist värvilist küünelakki ja kas küünemaalingu pintslit või täpitajat vms. Disaini nö sügavus saavutatakse läbipaistva laki kihiti küüntele kandmise ja kihtide vahele disaini lisamisega. Kihtide jaoks kasutatav lakk peab olema piisavalt läbipaitsev, et alumistel kihtidel olev disain välja paistaks. 

Mina kasutasin seekord Zoya alus- ja pealislakke, läbipaistvat OPI lakki Love Is In The Bare, küünemaalingu pintslit ning ilusat punast OPI lakki Coca-Cola Red.

I started my pond heart nail art with  Zoya Anchor base coat. Next, I added a layer of OPI Love Is In The Bare to my nails and let it dry. After that, I added dots and hearts to my nails using OPI Coca-Cola Red, a nail art brush and a dotting tool. I let the hearts and dots dry and then I added another layer of OPI Love Is In The Bare to my nails. I let the nail polish dry and then added more dots and hearts. I let the them dry and then added the third layer of OPI Love Is In The Bare to my nails. Next, I added some more dots and hearts and then finished my mani with Zoya Armor top coat.

Alustuseks kandsin küüntele kihi Zoya Anchor aluslakki. Edasi kandsin küüntele kihi läbipaistvat OPI lakki Love Is In The Bare ja lasin sel kuivada. Järgmiseks lisasin küüntele täppe ja südamekesi. Selleks kasutasin punast OPI lakki Coca-Cola Red, küünemaalingu pintslit ja täpitajat. Lasin täppidel ja südametel kuivada ning kandsin küüntele teise kihi OPI Love Is In The Sheer lakki. Lasin sel kuivada ja siis lisasin veel täppe ja südameid, millel lasin kuivada enne kolmanda kihi Love Is In The Bare küüntele kandmist. Lõpetuseks lisasin küüntele veel mõned täpid ja südamed ning kandsin peale kihi Zoya Armor pealislakki.
