Yup! That’s what just happened!
So let’s start from the beginning. I needed new BIG (preferably black) shoulder bag. Since I like the ones that have zipper closure then this unfortunately narrows my choice a lot. So after browsing through like 6 or 5 online stores, I found THE ONE from Yoox.com website. I have ordered from Yoox before and so far never really had problems. I made the order last Monday and my arrived today.
I was really excited when the courier brought me my parcel, I opened it and then something seemed off. The color was right – black; the size was right – big, but the material and everything else was wrong. So I checked my order again and discovered that I was sent completely wrong bag 🙁 🙁 🙁 It looks like freaking beach bag (and I would never spend 69€ on a beach bag). I will probably return this bag, but the stupid thing is that it will take probably like 2 or more weeks to get (hopefully) the right one.
Update: Well, I contacted Yoox and sent them the same photos and they said to ship the bag back. They also told me that they don’t have the right model in the warehouse, which means once they receive the bag they’ll just refund me my money. So I contacted the courier company who delivered the bag and arranged them to come and pick up the parcel. Next day the courier came and I sent the bag back. A week or two later I received full refund 🙂
Jagan halba kogemust Yoox.com online poega. Olen sealt ka varasemalt ilma probleemideta tellinud, aga seekord läks siis nii, et saadeti vähe vale toode :S
Aga alustame algusest. Kuna mu eelmine suur õlakott läks katki (selline kuhu ikka paks A4 registraator mapp+läpakas+ sada muud asja sisse mahub) oli mul vaja uut kotti. Minu nõudmised kotile olid värvus (eelistatult must), suurus ja kindlasti pealt lukuga suletav. Vaatasin läbi 5-6 online poes pakutava ja lõpuks leidsin Yoox.com lehelt täpselt selle, mis vaja (kott vasakul). Tegin tellimuse ära ja täna saabus siis pakk.
Tegin paki lahti ja…. miski tundus korrast ära. Koti värvus oli õige – must; koti suurus oli õige – see oli suur, ent kõik muu oli vale. Kott mis minuni jõudis meenutab mulle rohkem mingit rannakotti (ja ma ei kulutaks elu sees 69€ rannakotile). Eks esimesel võimalusel läheb see kott tõenäoliselt tagasi, ent nõme on see, et ma pean uut siis tõenäoliselt veel 2 nädalat ootama 🙁 🙁 🙁
Update: Kirjutasin Yoox’i ja saatsin neile ka pildid saabunud kotist. Selgus, et neil kahjuks laos seda õiget kotimudelit, mille nad oma lehel välja reklaamisid ei olegi ja seega palusid nad koti tagasi saata ja lubasid raha tagasi maksta. Võtsin sama päeval ühendust kullerfirmaga, kes mu paki kohale toimetas ja leppisin kokku paki tagasi saatmise. Järgmisel päeval tuli kuller ja pakk sai kiirelt ja mugavalt tagasi saadetud. Nädal või kaks hiljem saabus ka tagasimakse Yoox.com’lt. Nii, et lõpp hea, kõik hea!
