#bbcchallenge: The Orange, Red and Yellow Challenge

Hello everyone! November it ending and so it is time for this month’s #bbcchallenge. The theme for this month’s challenge was orange, red and yellow which was inspired of colourful fall leaves. And of course I decided to do checkered orange, red and yellow nails.

Hei hei kõik! November hakkab lõppema ja seega on aeg järjekordseks #bbcchallenge väljakutseks. Seekord oli teemaks oranž, punane ja kollane, mis inspireeritud sügislehtede värvist. Ja otseloomulikult otsustasin ma teha siis nendes värvitoonides küüned.

I started my checkered orange, red and yellow nails with Révérence de Bastien base coat and then I added two coats of Butter London yellow polish Pimms (1). After Pimms was completely dry I added striping tape to achieve nice straight stripes (2). Next I took a piece of sponge and applied some orange Butter London Silly Billy and OPI Coca-Cola Red on it and then I dabbed my nails with the sponge to achieve ombre look (3). Next I removed the striping tape, applied a coat of OPI Oy-Another Polish Joke, cleaned the cuticles and applied a coat of INM OTD quick drying top coat.

Alustuseks kandsin küüntele kihi Révérence de Bastien aluslakki, millele järgnes kaks kihti Butter London kollast lakki Pimms (1). Kui Pimms oli mu küüntel kuivanud asetasin küüntele küünemaalinguteibi nii, et tekiksid sobiva suurusega ruudud (2). Edasi võtsin tüki meigišvammi, millele kandsin OPI punast lakki Coca-Cola Red ning Butter London oranži lakki Silly Billy ja siis tupsutasin küüsi švammiga saavutamaks mulle meelepärane ombre välimus (3). Järgmiseks eemaldasin teibid, kandsin küüntele kihi OPI sädelevat effekt lakki Oy-Another Polish Joke, puhastasin küünnahad lakist ning kandsin küüntele kihi INM OTD kiirkuivatavat lakki 🙂
