This week I showed you shimmery silver OPI nail polish Turn on the Haute Light. When I purchased that polish this summer then I was sure that I already own something very similar and after the swatch post I just had to compare it side by side with China Glaze Icicle that seemed a dupe.
On my nails you can see two coats OPI Turn on the Haute Light and China Glaze Icicle, applied over Révérence de Bastien base coat. I didn’t use any top coat. The first photo is taken under my studio lights. As you can see they look the same.
I also took a photo using a flash in the hopes of bringing out any differences. As you can see they still look exactly the same.
OPI Turn on the Haute Light and China Glaze Icicle have good formula and they look completely opaque and even in two coats.
