In Estonia tomorrow we celebrate Mother’s Day. This year we are away from Estonia for Mother’s Day and so a week and a half ago we, with little mr.R, made a simple card for my mom that she actually already received in the post yesterday 🙂
For this card you’ll need:
- card blank
- finger paints
- coloured paper
- scissors
- glue
Before starting don’t forget to cover the table and toddler’s clothes, because it will probably get messy 😀
- let the toddler do a hand print on the card blank using green finger paint <- this will be your flower pedicle
- using rest of the colors let the toddler do flower buds using finger prints
- let the flower dry 🙂
- Once the flower has tried cut out a shape of vase or flower-pot and glue it on the card.
Easy! Little mr.R enjoyed the finger paints a lot and created three more pictures after we had finished the card 🙂
