I like working out at home, but doing all the exercises the good old way get boring at some point and so it great to add something new to your workout routine. A couple of weeks ago I received DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball and this cute pink ball has added much needed change to my workout routine.
DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball is made of highest quality 6P free PVC material. It can be used for physical therapy, workout, pilates, yoga etc. My exercise ball arrived in a carton box with pump included. There should have been also a plug for the ball, but unfortunately it was missing from my set 🙁 Luckily you can order these from eBay and they don’t cost much. The manual pump that comes with the ball works fine, but it did take me about 5 minutes to fill the ball with air and since this pump is tiny then it was good workout for my arms 😀
For the first few days DynaPro Exercise Ball had this kind of chemical smell, but that has now faded. The quality of the ball is good and so far using it was been fun.
If you have no previous experience with exercise ball then there are exercise ideas on the box and I also recommend searching for the workouts on Youtube. Using DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball for the first few times was kind of challenge, because my body now has to work much harder to keep its balance while exercising.
I use DynaPro Direct Exercise Ball for my workouts and I actually use it daily as a chair when I’m working on my laptop or watching TV. And my 2 year 8 months old son loves it too – especially if I bounce him on the ball 🙂
With my exercise ball I also received DynaPro ProGrade Resistance Band. This resistance band is well made and good quality. I like that it has adjustable attachment that lets me to make the band easily shorter if needed and this was my husband can use it too. This resistance band can be used for stretching and strengthening. So far I haven’t used it very much and so I haven’t discovered all its possibilities.

I really do need a resistance band and that is putting it mildly. I have tried using a ball but I have little to no balance as the person trying to get me to use it found out!!

I used to have one of these, but it popped! I need to get a new one and look for videos to do on youtube. It is boring to just do without having someone telling you what exactly to do on it!

I did have a Band years and years ago and well I just can’t seem to find it anymore. I have been looking for one for awhile now and just haven’t been able to find the right one for me. This looks like something I would have fun doing, along with my oldest who could use some exercise too.

One thing I hate is the chemical smell of some exercise balls so nice to hear it faded away after a couple days and what it shame about missing the plug hole. I would love to have an exercise ball now that I have my own place.

I can use the exercise band somewhat, but not the ball. Having Spinal Stenosis makes me limited on many things.
