Last week finally started spring! Here in UK the first day of Spring was nice, sunny and rather warm. When I think of spring, then this year the first thing that comes in to my mind are yellow daffodils. There are a lot of daffodils everywhere here and they look so lovely. My today’s Beauty Blogger Collab post spring makeup is inspired of daffodils and so it was a perfect opportunity to shop my stash and use some eyeshadow palettes that I haven’t used for long time.
For this look I used neon yellow eyeshadow from BYS Limited Edition Neons palette (review here) and mint green shade from Vivo Cosmetics Show Me The Money palette (review here). I haven’t used Show Me The Money palette for quite long time and seems that during that time the eye shadows texture has changed, because when I used it last time I didn´t remember having so much problems with fallout during eyeshadow application, but this time I had problems with it 🙁 To get maximum result from eye shadows I also used NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk which makes a perfect base for these colors.

Leelo, what an absolutely stunning spring look! It looks so fabulous on you, and your blonde hair makes it even more fabulous! I don’t know whether I would be brave enough to try it (plus I don’t have a bright shadow palette), but I may try a version with the green shades I own. 🙂

🙂 Thank you! I used to stay away from bright shadows, but now I enjoy using them from time to time.
