My hair is quite fine and flat and if I want to see any volume in my hair then I have to use special products to achieve that. A few months ago I bought Trevor Sorbie Volume shampoo and conditioner in the hopes to achieve the promised fuller hair and body and bounce. Did these two hair care products live up to their promises? Read on to find out.
Minu juustes pole kahjuks eriti kohevust ja seega mingi vähegi normaalsema tulemuse saavutamiseks pean ma kasutama tooteid, mis mu juustele volüümi lisavad. Mõned kuud tagasi ostsin Boots´st huvi pärast Trevor Sorbie kohevust lisavad šampooni ja palsami lootuses, et ehk aitavad need kaks toodet muuta mu muidu peadligi juuksed volüümikamaks. Trevor Sorbie Volume shampoo and conditioner are described as lightweight products, formulated with Keratrix™ to strengthen hair, give incredible shine and create volume that lasts all day. These products are perfect for people with fine or limp hair that needs a volume boost!
Volume shampoo and conditioner come in 250ml (full size) or 100ml (travel size) plastic tubes. I bought mine in travel size 🙂 Both of these products look and feel like typical shampoo and conditioner. I´m not really fond of their scent though. The shampoo fragrace reminds me of an antistatic spray I used to use for my clothes.
Trevor Sorbie Volume shampoo lathers nicely and makes my hair clean – even too clean I´d say, because they feel just so unpleasantly dry :S Trevor Sorbie Volume Conditioner is easy to apply on my hair and I have no problems rinsing it out. It does make my hair softer again, but unfortunately it doesn´t make them easier to comb and so I have to use some sort of leave-in spray to make my hair combable again 🙁
When it comes to this promised volume then these two products do give my fine and flat hair some volume that lasts about a day or so.
Overall I´m disappointed with Trevor Sorbie Volume shampoo and conditioner, because the shampoo makes my hair too dry and the conditioner isn´t enough to make my hair combable. The overall volume these two products add to my hair just isn´t enough.
Would I purchase these again? NO!
Trevor Sorbie kohevust lisavad šampoon ja palsam on kirjelduse järgi kerged tooted, mis tugevdavad juukseid, annavad neile enneolematu sära ning kohevuse, mis kestab terve päeva. Need tooted peaksid olema täiuslikud õhukeste ja peadligi hoidvate juustega inimestele.
Trevor Sorbie kohevust lisavad šampoon ja palsam on saadaval kahes suuruses: 250ml (täissuurus) ja 100ml (reisisuurus). Mina ostsin mõlemad väiksemas suuruses. Trevor Sorbie kohevusšampoon ja -palsam näevad välja nagu tüüpilised šampoonid- palsamid. Mis mulle üldse ei meeldi on nende kahe toote lõhn. Šampooni lõhn näiteks meenutab mulle ühe antistaatilise sprei lõhna, mida kunagi kasutasin riietelt staatilise elektri eemaldamiseks :S
Trevor Sorbie kohevusšampoon vahutab hästi ja teeb juuksed puhtaks – liigagi puhtaks! Pärast šampooni kasutamist tunduvad mu juuksed meeletult kuivad ja takused :S Trevor Sorbie kohevuspalsamit on lihtne juustele kanda ja lihtne välja loputada. See aitab mu juuksed muuta pehmemaks, ent kahjuks ei suuda see muuta mu juukseid normaalselt kammitavaks ja seega pean kindlasti kasutama lisaks ohtralt pähejäetavat palsamit, et juukseid kammida saaks.
Mis puutub lubatud kohevusse, siis need kaks toodet koos kasutatuna lisavad mu juustele natuke kohevust, mis kestab umbes päeva.
Kokkuvõttes on minu jaoks Trevor Sorbie kohevusšampoon ja -palsam pettumus. Šampoon muudab mu juuksed ebameeldivalt kuivaks ning palsam ei suuda neid uuesti kammitavaks muuta. Lubatud kohevus ei vasta kahjuks üldse ootustele 🙁
