Pixi beauty products are loved by many beauty bloggers and today I´m going to show you my very first Pixi product – Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm, which I received in one of the Birchboxes last year.
Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balms come in 6 shades: Comfort Clear, Honey Nectar, Natural Rose, Pixi Pink, Coral Crush and Ripe Raspberry. I the last one from this list Ripe Raspberry. These lip balms are described as super-nourishing balms. The unique formula is rich, but lightweight and gives a gorgeous wash of colour to lips. Thanks to Shea butter and Vitamin E this lip balm soothes lips immediately and nourishes them long term.
Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm in Ripe Raspberry looks in the tube red, but on my lips it looks more pink. I like that I can build up the color and so if I don´t want that much color I´ll add just a little bit of this lip balm to my lips and if I want more color then I´ll just add more 🙂 This Pixi lip balm has really nice sweet scent. It glides on my lips easily and makes them instantly soft.
Since this is just a lip balm then the color lasts on my lips about hour or two if I don´t eat or drink, but after eating it is completely gone from my lips. I like that even after the color has faded, then my lips still feel nourished and moisturised.
Overall Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm is lovely product for those who want moisturised and nourished lips with some pop of color. This is perfect for everyday wear.
