I haven´ t done any Sample Sunday posts for a while and so today I decided to share with you my thoughts about Meaningful Beauty Wrinkle Smoothing Capsules which sample I received in my October Birchbox.
Meaningful Beauty is a skin care brand was created in collaboration by French anti-ageing specialist Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh and Supermodel Cindy Crawford. Meaningful Beauty Wrinkle Smoothing Capsules hold a highly concentrated formula packed with radiance-boosting ingredients like jojoba seed and glycerin that plump and firm ageing skin. This serum smooths fine lines around eyes, mouth and forehead. For using apply to cleansed skin. Gently open the capsule and apply the contents to those areas with fine lines and wrinkles or use as a treatment all over the face using light, upward strokes.
The little sample jar I received contained 7 little capsules. Opening these capsules was easy and they contained surprisingly much product, but not too much 😉 . The contents of the capsule was white and it´s formula reminded me of some sort of makeup primer (like e.l.f. Mineral Infused face primer, MUA Makeup Academy face primer or Fusion of Color primer). It didn´t have scent and it was easy to apply it on my face. My skin felt nicely hydrated and soft, but I did not notice much change in those fine lines that I have or maybe in order to notice any results I should have more fine lines?
Overall it was a lovely product and made my skin look a bit better. Would I buy it in full size? Well since it is pricey (depending on the place 50-60$ for 60 capsules) and I didn´t notice any effect of fine lines then probably not.
