When it comes to cheaper beauty products then they can be hit or miss. After terrible experience with Oriflame´s Dry shampoo (review HERE) I ´m not really fond of the idea trying cheaper dry shampoos, but when I read a comment on Boots website about this Boots Dry Shampoo where it was said that it is as good as Batiste Dry shampoo (review HERE) then I just had to give it a try. So about two months ago or maybe bit more I ordered it from Boots.com.
Boots Dry Shampoo is promised to revitalise dull and lifeless hair. Just a quick spray is promised to transform your hair between washes into a clean, fresh-smelling style, that’s full off body and bounce in an instant.
How to use Boots Dry Shampoo:
- Shake the can before use and in between sprays
- Hold the can 30cm from hair and spray onto roots
- Massage through hair with fingertips, then brush to remove the excess and then style as usual.
I have to be honest I was bit sceptical when I used this dry shampoo for the first time, because the comment that made me buy it just sounded too good to be true. For my great surprise this dry shampoo actually is almost as good as Batiste Original Dry shampoo! Why almost? Well for me Batiste´s scent is a bit better and also it added more volume. But everything else is in my opinion pretty much on the same level with Batiste dry shampoo. It is easy to use and makes my hair look clean and fresh without any water or regular shampoo. Great product!
Overall I´m really happy that I tried Boots Dry Shampoo, because it works as promised and costs only 1.50£/ 2.35$/ 1.88€. Would I purchase it again? YES and actually I already have repurchased it 😉
