Those who have read Beauty by Miss L for longer time have probably noticed that on Sunday´s I post Sample Sunday posts and so today is no exception. My today´s post is about Agave Healing Oil Treatment which sample I received in my September Birchbox.
This oil is promised to restore and rejuvenate unmanageable and frizzy hair thanks to the hydrating and color-restoring sugars of the agave plant. Unlike heavy nut oil, this plant extract conditions hair with a light touch, building strength and resiliency, while helping boost vibrancy and color. Other natural botanicals like coconut, vanilla, sunflower and safflower are blended with madagascar baobab seed oil to nourish and transform hair´s outer layer. It doesn´t contain parabens, sulfates or phthalates. For using warm a dime-sized dab of oil between your palms and distribute it throughout dab hair evenly, from roots to ends. It can also be used as a hydrating body oil!
My opinion about Agave Healing Oil Treatment
Agave Healing Oil Treatment looks and feels like a typical hair oil. It has wonderful scent. This sample contained 4ml of product and this 4ml goes a long way, because you will only use a small amount of oil. When it comes to this kind of oils then I am always scared that they might leave my hair greasy or oily. Luckily this one didn´t do that. After using this oil treatment my hair was smooth and there was no signs of frizz. Also I had no problems with tangles and my hair was easy to comb. I did not try it as a body oil, but I did apply a bit of this oil on my hands a couple of times and I liked that my skin was nicely moisturized after using it.
Overall I really liked this oil´s fragrance and that it left my hair smooth and easily manageable without weighing them down or making them greasy. Would I purchase Agave Healing Oil Treatment in full size? Yes!
