New in: Crocs

If someone would have told me a couple of years ago that one day I will buy a pair of Crocs footwear then I would have thought that this person is just crazy 😛 I seriously used to hate  all sorts of Crocs, but especially those clogs :S To be honest I still hate their clogs, but some of their boots and wellies look pretty nice and comfy.

So last week I discovered that my son doesn´t have boots for this winter (or can we even call the weather here in UK a winter?) and since I have heard quite a lot great things about Crocs boots I decided to see if there´s anything I like from them. So I found two pairs of boots from their website that I liked, but unfortunately the cuter ones were already sold out in my son´s size and so I chose these navy & red ones for him. These are easy to put on and they are really lightweight. Are they any good with minus degrees and snow? I´ve no idea :S

Kui keegi oleks mulle paar aastat tagasi öelnud, et ühel ilusal päeval ostan ma endale Crocs´i jalanõud, siis ma oleksin arvanud, et see keegi on natukene peast põrunud. Ma täiesti tõsiselt vihkasin Crocs´i stiili ja eriti veel neid clog´e. Ok kui aus olla, siis clogid ei meeldi mulle siiani, ent enamik nende muidu jalatseid näevad täitsa ok välja. 

Eelmisel nädalal jõudsin arusaamisele, et selleks talveks (kui muidugi siinset Suurbritannia ilma väga talveks kutsuda saab) mul väikesele mr.R´le saapaid polegi. Kuna eelnevatel aastatel olen lugenud palju kiitust Crocs´i saabaste kohta, siis mõtlesingi järgi vaadata, mida head siis nende e-poest leiab. Väikesele mr.R´le leidsin kaks paari saapaid, ent kuna ühed neist talle sobivad suuruses olid juba välja müüdud, siis langes valik lõpuks neile tumesinise & punasega saabastele. Need saapadon hästi kerged ning lapsel on neid lihtne jalga panna. Kas nad ka miinuskraadide ja lumega end õigustavad? Pole õrna aimugi.

Ordering just one pair of kids´ boots seemed not enough and so why not order a pair for myself too 😛 So I chose these Crocband™ II.5 Lace Boots. In the hopes that they are comfy and hopefully warm and suitable for this wet weather. These are really comfy and light weight.

Kuna vaid üks paar laste saapaid tellimuses tundus kuidagi vähe võitu, siis otsustasin endale ka ühe paari saapaid tellida. Endale valisin Crocband II.5 saapad lootuses, et nad on siis mugavad ja sobilikud selle jaheda ja märja ilmaga. Mugavad ja kerged on nad küll, ent õue ma nendega veel jõudnud ei ole 😛
