New in: bracelet and necklace from Vaiva

Two weeks ago I stumbled on Vaiva.co.uk website which sells beautiful jewelry. Vaiva is Danish jewellers, which was founded in 2005. Their jewellery is completely free from nickel and lead.

I decided to order a bracelet and a necklace from there.

Vaiva braceletI have been looking for this kind of bracelet for a couple of months now, but I haven´t found THE ONE. Usually I don´t like their color or charms just aren´t my cup of tea, but once I saw this bracelet on their website I knew that this is the one.

There is just something about this necklace that caught my attention. At first it reminded me of a heart, but then I looked it again and it reminded me of a family – mother and father and a child between them.

    1. Really? When I made my order then I actually was bit scared that this may happen, but since the amount of £ wasn´t much and I used Paypal then I kind of felt better.

  3. I was ‘ unlucky’ too. I found the jewellery was very poor quality so I sent it back, stupidly not registering the package (they said not to waste money on recorded delivery so again stupidly I believed them). Mailed and phoned them but the answer phone is all in a Scandinavian language that I don’t understand. Tried to email. No success. Still waiting for refund!

  4. I’ve just ordered a couple of necklaces, (heart shaped lockets). I’d better get them as they are a good to two very good friends of mine.
    If I don’t receive my goods I’ll try my damnedest to get a refund!
    I hate scams.

    1. I hope you’ll receive them in time! If I remember correctly, then mine arrived with a week or even less.

  5. I ordered on 2/10/16 have not received anything as yet I paid via PayPal. I am hoping that they arrive soon as they are meant to be a present for my mums birthday

    1. I hope you received your order. I don’t remember any more how long it took mine to arrive, but it was rather quick.

  6. I ordered 3 items and received 3 items one of which I didn’t order but I phoned them got through and they are happy for me to pick another item if I don’t find anything they are happy to refund I ordered on 2nd October and received them on the 10th I am happy with the service so far

  7. Hi, for the people who did not receive their goods from vaiva but paid via paypal, will you somehow get a refund if you pay through paypal? Sorry as i do not know much about paypal.
