So here is little workout update. Even though I´m still not 100% well then I´m still hoping that I can attend Swindon 1ok race on Sunday. I haven´t attended any races here in UK, yet and so I would really really really like to go there. I haven´t been feeling very well lately and so I haven´t gone running much, but I have tried to do cardio on my cross trainer hired from Hire Fitness. I know it is not same as actually running, but I think it is better than nothing 🙂
