NOTD: French mani with a twist

July 28, 2014 By Miss L

Today on Beauty by Miss L: French mani with a twist. For my today´s eye-catching two toned manicure I used two of my this summer´s favorite nail polishes: China Glaze Purple Panic and Avon Gel Finish nail polish in Limoncello.

Täna näitan teile prantsuse maniküüri teises võtmes. Enda pilkupüüdva disaini jaoks kasutasin kahte enda selle suve lemmik lakki: China Glaze lakki Purple Panic ja Avon Gel Finish küünelakki toonis Limoncello.

China Glaze Purple Panic, Avon Limoncello

I first applied a coat of Seche Vite Ridge Filler base coat on my nails and then I added two coats of China Glaze nail polish in Purple Panic. Next I did yellow tip using Avon Gel Finish nail polish in Limoncello. After that I free-handed the pattern using nail art brush ordered from eBay.com and Limoncello. I finished ny manicure with a coat Essie Good To Go top coat.

Alustasin enda maniküüri jällegi aluslakiga. Seekord oli selleks Seche Vite Ridge Filler aluslakk. Edasi lisasin küüntele kaks kihti China Glaze´i lakki toonis Purple Panic (osta saab seda näiteks www.beautypro.ee lehelt). Kui Purple Panic oli kuivanud tegin kollase küüne otsa kasutades selleks kollast Avon Gel Finish lakki toonis Limoncello. Mustri tegemiseks kasutasin eBay´st tellitud küünemaalingu pintslit ning jällegi Limoncellot. Lõpetasin maniküüri ühe kihi Essie Good To Go kiirkuivavata lakiga.

I have a floral suit jacket in just those shades, Leelo. Either I should lend it to you, or you should do my nails, lol

Ever since I’ve seen this yellow I’ve wanted it. I can’t find it in my mom’s Avon books. Cute nail design

That manicure is ADORABLE!!! I’m perplexed as to why the China Glaze has purple in the name when it’s really a hot pink! Oh well. No matter. Your nails look great!
