I am one of those people who takes Omega 3 supplements daily. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients for health. We need Omega-3 fatty acids so our body can function normally. ZOI Research Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil softgels are light brown and they are quite big. So for those who has problems with swallowing big capsules these might not be very suitable. There is very light fish scent, but it is really very very light.

By now I have finished taking these. I did not experience any problems with these softgels. Even though they are quite big I had no problems taking them and also I the very very light fishy smell did not bother me. I have read reviews where it is said that these capsules have this not very pleasant taste. Maybe it is me or some have gotten not that good batch, but I don´t have any complaints about the taste.

Being a vegan I have too look for vegan Omega 3’s to take. It always comes highly recommended from my Dr. to be sure to get your Omega 3’s for a healthy heart. Great job getting the word out.
