Celebrate the Occasion nail art challenge: Graduations

Hi! Time for next Celebrate the Occasion nail art challenge manicure. Today´s theme was Graduations. For my manicure I used Maybelline mini Colorama nail polish in 96 Party Blue, Aden Cosmetics black nail polish, dried flowers and a nail art brush.

Hei! Aeg tänaseks Celebrate the Occasion nail art challenge väljakutse küünemaalinguks. Tänane teema oli koolilõpp. Minu jaoks seostuvad koolilõpuga lilled ja lõputunnistus, ent kuna lilledega maniküüri võib teha enamvähem vist igaks ürituseks, siis seekord lisasin enda disaini ka spetsiaalsed koolilõpumütsid, mis on levinud pigem mujal maailmas, ent mis sümboliseerivad kooli lõppu. Kasutasin seekord Maybelline mini Colorama lakki toonis 96 Party Blue, Aden Cosmetics musta lakki, kuivatatud lilli ja küünemaalingu pintslit.

nail polishes and dried flowers

I first applied one thick coat of Maybelline mini Colorama nail polish in Party Blue on my nails and let it dry completely. Then I free-handed the mortar boards aka academic caps to my thumb and ring finger. To rest of my nails I added dried flowers. I first applied a coat of Essie Good To Go topcoat (or you can use any clear nail polish) to my nails and then added flowers. I finished my manicure with a coat of Essie Good To Go top coat.

Kõige pealt kandsin küüntele ühe paksema kihi Maybelline mini colorama lakki toonis 96 Party Blue ja lasin sellel täielikult kuivada. Edasi maalisin pöidla ja nn sõrmuse sõrme küünele maalisin koolilõpetajate mütsid. Ülejäänud küüntele lisasin kuivatatud lilled: kõige pealt kandsin küüntele ühe kihi Essie Good To Go pealislakki (võib olla ka ükskõik milline teine läbipaistev lakk) ja siis lisasin kuivatatud lille. Maniküüri viimaseks sammuks oli üks kiht Essie Good To Go pealislakki.

Ma ei tea, kas keegi pole julgenud seda sulle kunagi öelda, aga küünemaalingud ei ole kohe üldse su tugev külg :/. Soovitan jätkata silmameikidega – need on väga ilusad.

Abstraksed on natuke paremad.

Muidu on sul täitsa vahva blogi ja paistab, et oled sellega juba päris kaugele jõudnud. Edu!

Nagu sa ütlesid, on see mu oma asi mida ma blogisse üles panen. Ei saa vaid täiuslikkust panna, sest keegi pole täiuslik.

I love everything about this! I think you did a super job with the mortar boards, and the flowers are a nice touch! I think I have some dried nail art flowers around here, somewhere.. maybe I should dig them out!
