#1800minutechallenge week 6 over

#1800minutechallengeHi! Time for my #1800minutechallenge week 6 post (if you don´t know what kind of  challenge this is then click HERE) 😀 I can´t believe that 7th week already started and once the May ends this challenge will end, too. Wow! I am really loving this challenge and even though I have those days when I am just so lazy then I hope I´ll keep up the good work and will finish the challenge just as planned 🙂

Hei! Aeg minu #1800minutechallenge väljakutse 6.nädala kokkuvõtte jaoks (kui sa ei tea, mis väljakutsega tegu on, siis kliki SIIA). Uskumatu, et 6 nädalat on  juba läbi ja seitsmes nädal on käimas ning kui lõpeb maikuu, siis lõpeb ka see väljakutse. See väljakutse meeldib mulle väga, kuigi jah, mul esineb päevi, kui ma olen niiiii laisk, et ei viitsi midagi teha. Siiski loodan jätkata enamvähem samas vaimus ja väljakutse lõpetada nii nagu plaanisin 🙂

So as you can see from the chart above during last week I worked out total of 216 minutes. Not bad … but I am not happy with the result 🙁 On Tuesday I took the day off, because, as I mentioned in my last week´s post little mr.R had fever and I wasn´t feeling very well either. On Wednesday and Thursday I went jogging and on Friday I went walking only. On Saturday I did some spring cleaning and by the time I finished I was just too tired to do any thing else. On Sunday I went shopping (if only I could add those 3 and half hours as a work out :D) and then after I got back home I went jogging. Yesterday I planned to go jogging, but since it was raining (and as you know I don´t go jogging when it´s raining :P) then I did some pilates-yoga blend exercises.

Nagu tabelist näete, siis eelmisel nädalal tegin trenni kokku 216 minutit. Seda pole ju tegelikult nii vähe …. aga ma ei ole rahul selle numbriga 🙁 Teisipäeval tegin puhkepäeva, kuna väikesel mr.R´l oli palavik ja ka minu enesetunne oli suht kehv. Kolmapäeval, aga oli mul siiski parem olla ja loomulikult oli vaja ju jooksma minna 😀 Jooksmas käisin ka neljapäeval. Reedel piirdusin vaid jalutamisega. Laupäeval tegelesin korteris kevadpuhastusega ning selleks ajaks kui lõpetasin olin piisavalt väsinud, et mitte trenni enam tegema hakata. Pühapäeval käisin shoppamas (oh kui vaid saaks neid 3 ja poolt tundi trenniks nimetada :P) ja pärast käisin ka jooksmas. Kuna eile sadas vihma, siis jooksmas ma ei käinud (nagu ma ka varem olen maininud, siis vihmaga ma jooksmas ei käi v.a võistlused :P) ja selle asemel tegin YT video järgi pilatese-jooga segu harjutusi.
