#1800minutechallengeHi! Time to share my #1800minutechallenge week 5 roundup with you 🙂 This week passed by so fast that it’s just unbelievable. I did not work out much this week and unfortunately my 6th week, which started from today, has also started with zero minutes worked out, because little mr.R (my son) has had fever since 2 a.m and I myself havenÂŽt been feeling very well either 🙁

Hei kÔik kaunid ja sportlikud! Aeg jagada teiega enda #1800minutechallenge vÀljakutse 5. nÀdala kokkuvÔtet. See nÀdal lÀks nii kiirelt mööda, et see on lausa uskumatu. Eriti palju trenni ma kahjuks selle nÀdala jooksul teha ei jÔudnud ja ka enda kuuendat nÀdalat (mis algas tÀnasega) alustasin juba nulliga, kuna vÀikesel mr.RŽl (ehk siis minu pojal) tÔusis öösel palavik, mis siis terve pÀev vahelduva eduga teda kimbutas ning ka ma ise ei tundunud end vÀga hÀsti.

Anyway onto the week. So last week I basically only did jogging and pilates and yoga blend exercises.  On Thursday, May 1st I attended The 85th Grand Race Round Lake Viljandi which was 12km race. I canŽt believe that my final time was 1:08:03. IŽm very very happy about it. The weather was seriously bad and it was raining during the race. I hope that tomorrow IŽll be feeling better and so I can go jogging again, because I have to train for next Saturday, May 17th when there is 7km Mai Jooks in Tallinn.

Aga siis selle mitte vĂ€ga eduka eelmise nĂ€dala juurde. PĂ”hiliselt siis kĂ€isingi jooksmas ja tegin ka pilatese – jooga segu harjutusi. NeljapĂ€eval, 1.mail osalesin Ümber Viljandi jĂ€rve jooksul. Tegu oli mĂ”nusa 12km rajaga, mis mulle sobis hĂ€sti oma tĂ”usude ja langustega (mida tavaliselt jooksmas kĂ€ies ikka harjutan). Endale suureks ĂŒllatuseks lĂ”petasin ajaga 1:08:03, mis on minu kohta vĂ€ga hea aeg 🙂 Ilm oli jooksu ajal kĂŒll tĂ€iesti jube, sest kogu aeg sadas ja oli vastikult jahe. JĂ€rgmine nö vĂ”istlus on mul nĂŒĂŒd jĂ€rgmisel laupĂ€eval, 17.mail kui vĂ”tan osa Mai jooksust. Seekord on mu eesmĂ€rgiks parandada enda eelmise aasta aega 🙂 Loodetavasti saan homme ikka jooksma minna, sest trenni oleks vaja teha.

    At least you are still keeping track on your challenge, i think you need to take some meds too before your son’s fever pass to you, I hope you two get better soon.
