Hi! Today is May 31st and #1800minutechallenge is ending. It has been an amazing challenge and huge motivation for me. Even though, yes, I have had my lazy days (and weeks), then I think I did pretty good. The goal was to work out during these 2 months at least 1800 minutes and I actually worked out total of 3575 minutes. Wow!
Hei! Täna on 31.mai ning #1800minutechallenge väljakutse on lõppemas. See on olnud suurepärane väljakutse ja motivatsiooniallikas, et ennast veidigi rohkem liigutada ja trenni teha. Kuigi jah, tunnistan, et mul oli päevi (ja vahepeal lausa nädalaid) kui väga ikka ei viitsinud küll midagi teha, siis ma arvan, et võin siiski lõpptulemusega rahule jääda kuna selle 2 kuu jooksul tegin trenni kokku 3575 minutit! 🙂

From tomorrow, June 1st I will be starting two challenges. One of them is 30 Day ABS Challenge and the other one is #1000in30 challenge. The 1000in30 challenge is similar to this 1800minutechallenge, but this time we have to work out at least 1000 minutes in next 30 days. Homsest, 1.juunist alustan aga kahe uue väljakutsega. Üks neist on 30 päeva kõhulihaste treenimise väljakutse ja teine #1000in30 väljakutse. 1000in30 väljakutse on sarnane 1800minutechallenge väljakutsele. Seekord siis tuleb 30 päeva jooksul trenni teha 1000 minutit. Tundub lihtne 🙂 (et 1000in30 väljakutsest rohkem lugeda kliki SIIA)
