A week ago I wrote about #1800minutechallenge where bloggers are going to challenge themselves to be active for at least 30 minutes a day. The challenge started on April 1st and first week of it is now over. This was very active week and I managed to workout 678 minutes total! đ

NĂ€dal tagasi kirjutasin teile #1800minutechallengeÂŽst kus blogijate eesmĂ€rgiks on olla aktiivsed ja trenni teha vĂ€hemalt 30 minutit pĂ€evas. Nö vĂ€ljakutse algas 1.aprillil ning esimene nĂ€dal on nĂŒĂŒdseks sellest seljataga. Minu jaoks oli tegu vĂ€ga aktiivse nĂ€dalaga nii, et kokkuvĂ”ttes tegin trenni lausa 678 minuti jagu đ
The participants are writing down their minutes worked out and so here is my Excel sheet. I also added Notes column for myself so I know what kind of work out I exactly did. On April 1st I went strolling/walking and also found Pilates Yoga Blend video from YouTube and so I did that, too. On the next day I did only the pilates yoga blend workout, because on Thursday I attended 30km ScoutsrÀnnak. On Friday, April 4th I did again the same old Pilates Yoga blend workout + I also found another easy Pilates video and so I did that, too. On Saturday my feet werenŽt hurting anymore from the 30km walk and so I went rollerblading for the first time this year. And Sunday & Monday Pilates videos again, because it was raining and the last thing I wanted to do was go outside running :S
KĂ”ik vĂ€ljakutses osalejad panevad enda trenniminutid kirja ning siin siis minu tabel. Mina lisasin Exceli faili lisaks ka Notes tulba, kuhu kirjutan, millist trenni tĂ€psemalt tegin. VĂ€ljakutse 1.pĂ€eval ehk siis 1.aprillil tegin kiires tempos kĂ€rutamist/jalutamist ning lisaks pĂ€rast rahulikke harjutusi YouTubeÂŽst leitud Pilates Yoga Blend video jĂ€rgi. JĂ€rgmisel pĂ€eva tegin vaid kerge pilatese jooga segu harjutused YT video jĂ€rgi, kuna jĂ€rgmisel pĂ€eval osalesin 30km ScoutsrĂ€nnakul. Reedel piirdusin ka vaid YT videodega ehk siis vana hea pilatese ja jooga segu trennivideo ja lisaks veel ĂŒks lihtne algajatele mĂ”eldud pilatese videoga. LaupĂ€eval mul enam ScoutsrĂ€nnakust jalad ei valutanud ning seega kĂ€isin esimest korda sel aastal rulluisutamas đ PĂŒhapĂ€ev ja esmaspĂ€ev tegin jĂ€lle vaid YT videode jĂ€rgi harjutusi kodus kuna Ă”ues sadas vihma ning vihmaga Ă”ues jooksmine ei kuulu minu lemmiktegevuste hulka :S

I have to admit that this challenge is truly motivating me to do more. Seriously! I would have never done any exercises a day before or after 30km ScoutsrÀnnak, but now I just had to do some kind of workout just to get my 30 minutes a day done.
I hope that I can go jogging more this week, because on May 1st I will go to 84th Grand Race Round Lake Viljandi which is ~12km race and on May 17th I will attend SEB Maijooks which is 7km race.
Pean ausalt tunnistama, et see vĂ€ljakutse on minu jaoks olnud suureks motivatsiooniks end rohkem liigutama. NĂ€iteks tavaolukorras ei oleks ma never ever pĂ€ev enne ja pĂ€rast 30km ScoutsrĂ€nnakut mingit trenni teinud, ent nĂŒĂŒd ikkagi tegin, et oma vĂ€hemalt 30 minutit trenni kirja saaks.Â
Loodan, et sel nĂ€dalal jĂ”uan ka rohkem jooksma, kuna juba 1.mail toimub 85. Suurjooks Ămber Viljandi JĂ€rve ning 17.mail SEB Maijooks.Â

I think this is a nice challenge. I also started challenging myself 3 days ago and so far, Iâve been doing 30 minutes of exercises each day.
