Blueberry cheesecake / Mustika-toorjuustukook

Tänasesse laupäeva sobib imehästi hoopis üks koogiretsept. Mustika-toorjuustukook kuulub minu lemmikute hulka. Tänase retsepti panin ma ise kokku, kuna see retsept mille järgi ma seda kooki esimest korda tegin ei olnud minu (ega ka mr.R´i maitse), siis tegingi omapoolsed muutused ja tulemus tuli nämm-nämm-nämm 😛

How about a cake recipe? Today I want to share my Blueberry cheesecake recipe with you. I put together this recipe myself. Why? When I made this cake for the very first time then I used someone else´s recipe and I (and neither did mr.R) like the result and so I changed it and the result came out yummy.
Blueberry cheesecake recipe
Selle koogi jaoks läheb vaja:
Põhi:
70g sulatatud võid
1 muna
40g kaerahelbeid
170g speltanisujahu
maitse järgi suhkrut
2tl kakao pulbrit
1tl kaneeli
 
Kate:
400g toorjuustu
400g kohupiimapastat 
1 sidruni mahl
maitsejärgi suhkrut ja vanilje suhkrut
2 muna
mustikaid 200-400g
 
Kõige pealt segasin põhja jaoks kõik kuivained (1) ning siis lisasin sulatatud või ja muna. Segasin kuni moodustus selline mõnus mass (2).  Edasi segasin katte jaoks toorjuustu, kohupiimapasta,  1 sidruni mahla ja 2 muna (3) ning lisasin maitsejärgi suhkrut ja vaniljesuhkrut (4). Lisasin ka mustikad. Ümmarguse lahtikäiva koogivormi (vist 26cm läbimõõduga kui ma õigesti mäletan) vooderdasin küpsetuspaberiga ning surusin kokkusegatud põhja vormi (5) ning siis kallasin vormi katte (6). 
Järgmise sammuna läks kook ~180 kraadisesse eelsoojendtud ahju 45-55 minutiks. Kui ahjus olemise aeg on täis, siis lase koogil jahtuda. Hea oleks kui kook vähemalt 12h saaks külmkapis seista, sest seda maitsvamaks ta muutub 😉
 
What you need:
Crust
70g melted butter
1 egg
40g oat flakes
170g spelt flour
sugar as preferred
2 ts (teaspoon) cocoa
1 ts cinnamon
 
Filling
400g cream cheese
400g cottage cheese cream
juice from 1 lemon
sugar and vanilla just as prefered
2 eggs
200-400g blueberries
1. Mix spelt flour, oat flakes, sugar, cinnamon and cocoa. 
2. add melted butter and egg and stir 
3. mix cream cheese, cottage cheese cream, lemon juice and eggs.
4. add sugar and vanilla and blueberries
5. put grease proof paper into the cake pan.  Spread the crust at the bottom of a cake pan and smoothen with a spoon.
6. add the filling
7. put it in preheated oven (~180 degrees Celsius) and bake 45-55 minutes. 
8. Let the cake cool and keep it in fridge at least 12 hours or so.

    Kindlasti oli maitsev, ise tehtud, hästi tehtud! 🙂 Uus ja huvitav minu jaoks oli, et teha toorjuustukoogi põhi kakaoga. Mustikad ja kakao- päris põnev kooslus tundub. Ei saanud aru, kas kasutasite värskeid mustikaid või külmutatud ja kas kaerahelbeid enne röstima ei pea ?
    Igatahes jätan selle variandi mustikakoogist meelde, varsti mustikaaeg, plaanin järgi teha.
