Today we, Estonians celebrate Day of Restoration of Independence and so my today´s manicure is somewhat inspired of …. Estonian flag (you have seen my manis inspired of Estonian flag HERE, HERE, HERE).
So for my manicure I used these products
I first applied one coat of Wet n Wild City of Darks and then added white 2.5mm circle glitter and 2.5mm neon glitter C37(both from KKCenterHK.com) and I finished my mani with INM OTD topcoat. I hoped that the neon glitter would look more blue, but oh well it looks blueish in some light 😛
