A summer must have: hats

So it is warm and sun is shining and we think why should I wear a hat? I used to think like that when I was younger and of course I could never find a hat that, in my opinion, would suit me 😛

As I am getting older the more and more I find that hats during the sunny summertime are MUST HAVES.

Niisiis ilm on soe ja päike paistab ja tihti juhtume me mõtlema, et miks peaks üldse mingit peakatet kandma. Ma arvasin ka nooremana nii ja loomulikult ei “leidnud” ma kunagi endale sobivat peakatet. Saades vanemaks aga olen üha enam ja enam hakanud mütse, kübaraid, rätte jms pidama vajalikuks ka päikselisel suveajal.

Why?

– Because they help to protect our hair from sun damage. Yes, there are all those shampoos, treatments, sprays etc that help to protect our hair, too, but I think it is good to also protect hair with a nice stylish hat or gap or headscarf.

– Because it is not very pleasant to end up with a major headache or what even worse a sunstroke after nice a day in the beach.

– Because when when your hat has a wide brim then it also helps to protect your face and shoulders from getting too much sun.

So I was doing “window shopping” on different online stores and this time I found some nice hats and headscarves that I would definitely wear.

– Sest peakate aitab kaitsta juukseid päikese eest. Jah on olemas küll igasugused erinevad šampoonid, maskid, palsamid jne, mis aitavad vähendada päikesekahjustusi juustele, aga ma siiski arvan, et hea oleks kanda ka kena stiilset mütsi või rätti või kübarat.
– Sest ei ole eriti mõnus lõpetada oma kaunist rannas või vabas õhus veedetud päeva meeletu peavaluga või veel hullem päikesepistega.
– Sest, kui näiteks peakattel on laiem serv, siis see kaitseb ka sinu nägu ja õlgu liigse päikese eest.

Mõned päevad tagasi tegin “window shopingut” erinevates veebipoodides ja leidsin mõned peakatted, mida mulle meeldiks kanda.
