The Body Shop Aloe Gentle Facial Wash

April 12, 2012 By Miss L

I purchased The Body Shop Aloe Gentle Facial Wash in February and I have used it for 1,5 months. Overall I like this facial wash, but I have to say that I liked Nutriganics Foaming Facial Wash better.
The Body Shop Aloe Gentle Facial Wash

What The Body Shop says about it:

A soothing, protective wash to ease away the day’s grime and make-up.

Ingredients:
Aqua (Water) (Solvent/Diluent), Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera Gel) (Skin Soothing Agent), Sodium Cocoamphoacetate (Surfactant), Pentylene Glycol (Solvent), Sorbitol (Humectant), Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate (Surfactant), Butylene Glycol (Humectant), Glycerin (Humectant), Citric Acid (pH Adjuster), Sodium Laureth Sulfate (Surfactant), Coco-Glucoside (Surfactant), Glyceryl Oleate (Emulsifier), Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate (Surfactant), Dimethicone Copolyol (Skin/Hair Conditioning Agent), Ascorbyl Palmitate (Antioxidant), Lecithin (Stabiliser/Emulsifier), Tocopherol (Antioxidant).

My opinion of The Body Shop Aloe Gentle Facial Wash:
What I like:
– the foam is nice and airy
– removes all traces of makeup

What I don´t like:
– if I use heavier makeup then I need to wash my face 2-3 times
– makes my skin bit dry
– the scent of this facial wash is… not my favorite.

In conclusion this is ok product, but I wouldn´t purchase it again, because it makes my skin bit dry. If you have oilier skin then this might be good product to you.

Eesti keeles ka 🙂
Aaloe näopuhastusvahu ostsin ma veebruaris ja olen seda nüüdseks kasutanud 1,5 kuud. Kokkuvõttes on tegu mõnusa tootega, aga mulle siiski meeldis The Body Shop´i Nutriganics´i näopesuvaht rohkem.

Info The Body Shop´i lehelt aaloe näopuhastusvahu kohta:

Õrnatoimeline vaht, mis eemaldab efektiivselt meigi ja mustuse. Aaloe geel, glütseriin ja sorbitool rahustavad ja niisutavad nahka. Dermatoloogiliselt testitud. Ei sisalda lõhna-, värvi- ja säilitusaineid.

Minu arvamus The Body Shop´i aaloe näopuhastusvahu kohta

– muudab mu naha veidi kuivaks
– lõhn on….mitte minu lemmik

Kokkuvõttes on tegu normaalse tootega, aga ma ei ostaks seda uuesti kuna see muudab mu näonaha kuivaks. Tõenäoliselt sobib see toode neile, kellel on rasvasem näonahk.
