Non-beauty related: Cherry Cake / Kirsikook

This weekend I made cherry cake. It is one of my favourite cakes. It´s just soooo delicious. 

Nädalavahetusel tegin jälle kirsikooki, mida ma ei ole kaua kaua teinud, aga mis on ülimaitsev ja seega üks minu lemmikutest.

So what do you need for that cherry cake?
450g (1 package) cocoa cake powder
150g butter

Filling:
400g cream cheese /cottage cheese
2 eggs
1dl sugar
1 ts (teaspoon) vanilla sugar
3dl cherries


preheat the oven to 200 C

Selle kirsikoogi jaoks läheb vaja järgmiseid asju:
1 pakk Vilma Erika kakao tordipulbrit
150g võid

Täidis:
400g kohupiimapasta
2 muna
1dl suhkrut
1 tl vaniljesuhkrut
3dl kirsse

Eelsoojenda ahi 200 kraadini

Step 1
Mix butter and cake powder so it becomes crumbly.

Sega või ja koogipulber purutaoliseks massiks

Step 2
Filling: Mix cream cheese/cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and cherries.

Sega kohupiimapasta, munad, suhkur, vaniljesuhkur ja kirsid.

Step 3
put grease-proof paper into the cake pan and put 2/3 of the butter-cakepowder mix into the cake pan.

Vooderda koogivorm küpsetuspaberiga ja pane vormi põhja 2/3 või-koogipulbri segust.

Step 4
Add all the filling and rest of the butter-cakepowder mix.

Lisa täidis ja ülejäänud või-koogipulbri segu

and the cake is ready for the oven.

kook on valmis ahju minema

Step 5
Put the cake into the preheated oven and bake it for 30 minutes.
When the time is up then take the cake out and let it cool ( you cannot not cut it when its warm). I usually put cake into the fridge and let it stay there all night. Next day the cake will be perfect 🙂

Pane kook eelsoojendatud ahju ja küpseta 30 minutit.
Kui aeg on täis võta kook ahjust välja ja lase jahtuda (kui kirsikook on soe, siis seda on üsna võimatu lõigata). Mina panen tavaliselt koogi külmkappi tahenema ööseks ja järgmisel päeval on kook täiuslik 🙂

    Ohhh… Eestis olles tegin seda kooki korduvalt ja on ka üks minu lemmikuid. Peaks UKs aseained leidma ja ka proovima 🙂
