#1800minutechallenge week 7 over

#1800minutechallengeHi! Time for my #1800minutechallenge week 7 roundup. It was busy week, but I managed to work out every day, except Sunday. I mostly went jogging & walking to train for the Maijooks which I attended on Saturday. Maijooks is 7km race and I enjoyed it a lot. Last year I participated in Maijooks for the first time and finished with a time of 43:11. This year I managed to finish with a time of 35:26 🙂

As you can see from the chart below than I managed to work out last week total of 237 minutes. This is pretty average time. But I am very happy that during this #1800minutechallenge, which started on April 1st, I have worked out total of 3068 minutes 😀 Yay!

Hei! Aeg #1800minutechallenge 7. nädala kokkuvõtte jaoks. Tegu oli minu jaoks kiire nädalaga, ent mingit trenni õnnestus mul siiski kuuel päeval seitsmest teha. Põhiliselt käisin jooksmas, et teha veel viimast trenni laupeval toimunud Maijooksu jaoks. Eelmisel aastal osalesin ma Maijooksul esimest korda ning lõpetasin ajaga 43:11 ja sain 1474 koha. Sel aastal aga õnnestus mul oma aega peaegu 8 minutiga parandada. Ehk siis minu 7km ajaks oli 35:26 ning sain 294 koha 🙂 

Nagu allpool olevast tabelist näete, siis kokku tegin väljakutse 7ndal nädalal trenni 237 minutit. Tegu on üsna harjukeskmise ajaga, millega ma ülidselt väga rahul ei ole. Ent olen super rahul sellega, et #1800minutechallenge väljakutse jooksul, mis algas 1.aprillil, olen ma kokku trenni teinud 3068 minutit 😀 Jeeeee!
