#1800minutechallenge week 3 over

#1800minutechallengeHi! I can´t believe that 3 weeks of #1800minutechallenge are over 🙂 The third week wasn´t very easy for me because I still was feeling extremely tired. I did plan to go jogging much more, but yeah… not happy about that at all 🙁  But brisk walking (and strolling) can be counted as a some sort of work out and so the week wasn´t totally lost 🙂

Hei! Uskumatu, et juba 3 nädalat #1800minutechallenge katsumusest on läbi. Kolmas nädal ei olnud lihtne, kuna väsimus piinas mind koguaeg. Mul oli plaanis jooksma jõuda ikka vähemalt pooltel päevadel, aga jah…. jõudu lihtsalt ei olnud 🙁 Õnneks aga saab ka kiires tempos kõndimist (ja kärutamist) mingisuguseks trenniks lugeda ja seega kõik veel kadunud ei olnud 🙂

1800minutechallenge

So as you can see what I mostly did last week was walking. I went jogging only once – yesterday. I it seems that I´ve finally recovered from 30km Scoutsrännak with 20kg backpack on April 3rd, because lately when I have gone jogging then I have been dyeing on the track, but yesterday I was feeling great at last 😀 On Friday I planned to do some yoga&pilates blend exercises, but since I was in the hurry then I just didn´t have time for that (bad bad time management, I guess and way too many things to do). On Saturday I did the Standing ABS exercises twice. On Sunday I got back home from my weekend trip and went rollerblading. I actually managed to skate little over 20km.

Nagu tabelist näha, siis põhiliselt ma eelmisel nädalal ainult tegelesingi kõndimisega. Jooksma jõudsin vaid ühe korra – eile. Tundub, et ma olen vist lõpuks 30km Scoutsrännakust koos 20kg seljakotiga taastunud, sest eile tundsin ma joostes end väga hästi ja ei olnud tunnet, et kohe varsti annan otsad. Reedene päev jäi täitsa trennivabaks. Mul oli küll plaan reedesse mahutada pilatese&jooga segu harjutused video järgi, ent kahjuks kimbutas mind ajapuuudus ja nii ta siis jäigi. Laupäeval tegin 2x Standing ABS harjutusi. Pühapäeval jõudsin tagasi koju väikeselt nädalavahetuse reisilt ning käisin rulluisutamas ja sõitsin 20km 🙂
